Test Prop / Winstrol Cycle
Hey everyone. Currently on my 3rd week of this cycle, finishing up almost my first week of bringing in Winstrol. My diet is 2800c Total, I carb cycle so I usually do 2-3 days of 150carb 1-2 days of 250-300carb and 1-2 days of 20-80carb. Fat's are at .5 per lb. Protein is at 1.2-1.5 per lb. Just had couple questions here.
1 - Am I able to bump up my Test Prop from 125-150mg and see any better gains then previous 125mg? (If so, will 150mg EoD be too high for a 3rd cycle ever?)
2 - I'm thinking of adding fasted cardio into the picture. What is best type of fasted cardio in the mornings? Simple 10-15 minutes of HIIT or like 30-45 min on the bike or treadmill steady pace?
3 - Is that diet looking about right for someone of my stature? ( 6'1, 223lbs about 9-10% bf)
Really trying to get lean and I do not stray from the diet often.
Also, I just did not feel like putting effort into filling out the whole PCT regime but I have nov. and clomid ready with correct measurements for these, starting about 10-14 days after last Test shot. Advice from experts would be appreciated.

RustyhookerI wouldn't raise the prop dose. Cutting is maintaining lean mass without bloat and water load. Simply a preserver. You're manipulating carbs for fat loss without mass loss. The pinch calipers will guide you. And pct 2 days after last doses. Cutting is completely foods. Take lots of notes. Write down a log/journal. Then evaluate after pct.
Diet...I'll leave that to diet folks. If you feel bleh during your cutter...Red meat. You'll notice energy gains the next day.
Ok, depending on how much Prop I have I may just extend. Will take into consideration. Also, what are your thoughts on HCG for pct? Or even during cycle? I cannot find any good evidence on this, everyone has their opinions and its quite hard to find good answer.
AnonI think hcg is best suited for longer cycles (over 14 weeks) and/or 19nor compounds. A simple and short cycle like this would not need it imo. Others may disagree but thats my personal preference with it.
Ok, so you're saying up the Test Prop to 150mg and extend the actual cycle of Test Prop from 8 weeks to 10 weeks? I am taking a liver support, I had started about a month before my cycle even started. Only carbs I will eat at night are if I am on a high carb day and need to fulfill the necessary macro, otherwise its very minimal if any.
Anon150mg eod should be fine, its not a huge jump and could possibly yield better results. Just keep an eye out for estrogen sides and adjust your ai if necessary. You didnt mention anything about an ai so if you could post that as well it would be helpful.
I prefer steady pace cardio if im doing it fasted, I feel like I hold on to more muscle that way. Just a personal preference. And Im no diet expert so maybe someone else can help you with that.
Pct starts 4 days after last shot for test prop, not 10-14.
Ok, thanks I will try a jump to 150mg. Sorry, forgot to mention the AI. I have Aridex, ordered from Ar-r chems. I am running .25 E3D. So basically two times a week. I will try and alternate from steady pace to HIIT on days I decide to do fasted cardio, switch it up a bit. Thank you also for information on PCT start time.
