Gain 15lbs of very lean mass and of course increase my strength and maintain aesthetics as much as possible.
Should my test be higher or lower... I prefer how I feel around 500mg a week but low test seems safer on the body but not as conducive to my goals perhaps. I enjoy how I feel on masteron as well and it reduces my water but I'll eliminate it if it's overkill. Last time I did a similar cycle but as a cut with a different diet and training program. I wanted to apply a similar cycle to my bulking but changing diet and training of course. I may want more test and drop the mast maybe..thoughts?

Whole foods only of course. No dairy or gluten, no processed foods. Low grain intake. No legumes. My meals vary by the day but it always meets macro intake requirements per meal.
4 days a week, rest 3 days a week
Chest- Back -off -Legs- off- Shoulders/Arms- off
I prefer a longer PCT and my previous blood work showed this protocol last time restored my axis pretty well..pharma tabs only of course..thanks guys
