First cycle test e only and second cycle test p and npp.
My goal with this cycle is lean gains.
Confident about diet, and calorie consumption.
please give me advice on your thoughts, going to start this cycle 01.08.2016.

I just spit up my protein shake bro reading this. What? What the f**k are lean gains? Tell me. I have an inquiring mind. I want to know. Cause I honestly have no idea what you are talking about. Lean gains? You want to add muscle? Cause if that's the case, there will be water and fat that go with it.
Yourdadmaybe he means lean qayss. There is not a possibility in 1000000 to add muscle without fat and water. If someone there finds a solution tell me. Honestly, when I Bulk I become like a big bubble with a lot of water and bloated stomach. Then I do my cycle and I try to adjust my gear and diet accordingly to my needs
Holy cow. Say what??? This guy knows how to put on muscle and stay lean at the same time!!! Man I'm disappointed as I've spent the last 12 months putting on 20kg and I sure as hell ain't 10% BF anymore. I guess I must be doing it wrong :-p
Agreed. I hate when I hear "lean bulk" or in this case "lean gains". Sure, everyone would love to stay ripped and just magically get bigger, but that's not how it works.
Richard.SimmonsAnyone here ever start off only using a few compounds for your first 5-6 cycles anymore ?? More is always not better. You all won't believe this.... Test is the best building block you can buy. Seen great gains from guys only using 500mg a week.
