STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

I am 32 years old, 5'10" tall, weighing in at 165lbs, 7.9% body fat.
I have been pyramiding test for the last six months. From 500mg a week and gradually to 1500mg a week and back down. I intend on being on gear for another year befor i cycle off for a little while. I

Any opinion appreciated

165 lbs at 5'10 is not "shredded" its starving Somali .

You state you were a wrestler... being that tall and super skinny you must have looked like Gumby in a singlet

all not jokes aside,
If youre running up to 1500 a week of test and are still 165 there is a serious problem.

1) your diet must be consistantly inconsistant. 4000 plus calories a day with no growth is stunning in my opinion.
2) You need to overhaul your training program. Obviously what ever your training style is , it certainly is not working optimally.
3) Test is one of the strongest compounds available. At 1500 and still stuck in nuetral I would question the quality of the gear.
4) As another member already stated , most people with grow on excess calories and no gear. You however, say you are doing both yet are going nowhere.

Something smells fishy.

If I were you I would go off entirely and fix your training and dietary regimes first .

No sense in continuing to slam compounds while still resembling a holocaust survivor.

I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if you’ve run a gram and a half of gear and ate 4,300 cals a day and didn’t grow you never will.
Find a new goal. You probably have a serious metabolic condition. Talk to your doctor.

Most guys can grow on 3k cals and no gear at all.

Sounds like you've already been on a constant cycle between 500-1500 mg a week. Now you're basically asking for someone to consign for you to continue just at a lower dose... why not just cycle properly instead?

Can I just ask a dumb question? What is wrong with coming off and doing an aggressive PCT and letting your receptors clear back out so you don't have to use so much?

I am shredded. My goal is to pack on mass. I have a dietitian that currently oversees my diet. I consume 4300 calorie a day, sweet potatoes, grains, high proteins , veggies for day... kinda sick of eating.
I have always been very lean and skinny as hell. 10 years or wrestling has tha th effect. Putting on mass has always been nearly impossible so i secided to try this.

If you’re 165 lbs you’d better be stage shredded. Not really sure what your goals are here. You’ve run up to a gram and a half of test but you’re still very small. What’s your diet looking like? I’d skip the deca if I were you.
