+ 2 Test Cyp / NPP / Deca Cycle - Feedback for balancing the cycle?

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Age - 43
Weight - 194lbs
Height 5'8"
BF - 14%
Goal - Bulk - Wet (not overly concerns with fat gains, diet is a little dirty but eating is a struggle so healthy fats are added to increase calorie intake)

Secondary Goal - reduce pinning and trying Deca, using NPP as a starter for the first 4 weeks

Thoughts - in the past I have not had issues where I've need Adex but prolactin levels did peak at one point with the tren cycle and when I typically running higher doses of Test beyond TRT so thinking of adding it in for preventative measure? .25mg twice a week. I also have Arimidex on standby if needed.

Second Cycle Test Cyp at 750MG a week for 14 weeks
Third Cycle Test Cyp at 500MG with NPP at 100 EOD for 16 weeks - great gains (wet but leaned out nicely - though pinning often sucked on many levels)
Forth Cycle Test Cyp at 500MG with NPP at 150 EOD for 12 weeks - not bad but cut short due to injuries
Fifth Cycle Test Cyp at 500MG with Tren Ace at 100 EOD for 12 weeks - Leaned out nicely but not really interested in doing this cycle again at this stage

I tried a cycle like this a few years ago. I had more success stacking the same esters vs mixing them and from your past experiences, it appears you never stuck with 2 long ester cycles. Based on your goals, I would really think about running a pretty basic bulk cycle using an oral as a kicker.

My Deca cycle which was my most successful cycle consisted of

Wk- 1-16 test E 500 mg

Wk-1-13 Deca 300 mgs

We 10-16 -Var 50 mg -

Gained 30 pounds kept 17 after pct

Nice and detailed I’ve never ran npp but if you’re trying to pin less you will enjoy running the decca I personally enjoy short esters more and more now just because mg for mg you’re getting more and it hits hard. Caber should help quite a bit as well enjoy man

Thanks Bro, actually the pinning issue on my side really comes down to muscle soreness. I am not sure if it’s just me and I am being a b!tch (haha) or its maybe something in the blend (i.e. carrier oil used or amount of alcohol etc…). My reading to date really just leads me to believe it can be 50/50 on the person and how they respond. I don’t use enough gear and haven’t varied enough Labs to know if it’s really a carrier oil and how I respond or I am being a little girly man. Without going into brand names I will say that I am trying a different brands this time for the Dec VS my NPP since my NPP if from my previously planned cycle where the Deca is a new purchase. I will pin these on different sites to see how my body responds. I know TEST wise I never have an issue so its just odd but believe me its rather painful by the second day site is so sore, muscle, etc… rolling hurts and squats etc becomes a challenge.

Thanks Rusty, always appreciate your input. I'd be out of my element with orals so more research to be done. My initial thoughts were that orals tend to be harder on the liver so I steered away from them at first but you make a great point for less pinning. Thanks for the suggestion.

Wanna balance the cycle? Drop about 5% bf before starting. You’re too high for a bulk right now unless powerlifting is your goal.

Yes. Actually that is part of the goal, my bench is currently stuck at 335 with my squat at 495 (raw numbers) and one of the goals is to drive my lifts up. My expectation on this cycle is to jump about 20lbs with my numbers going up over 365 for bench and 545 for squat. My experience last time running just the NPP/TEST cycle was that I put on about 20lbs and jumped up about 30lbs in bench and 50lbs in squats (last year same time). When I cycled off I dropped about 12lbs of that weight within the first few weeks and I did come down in my lifts but only in about 10lbs or so overall in each lift. Over the summer I do run leaner (about 10%BF) but never much lower. Goal is not body building for a show etc, it’s to increase strength, size, and lifting capacity. Additionally i am 4 months out from a torn patella tendon so I am hoping the Deca will help with joint recover and easing of some of the soreness I am having still in the one knee

By cons even if it's annoying to do a lot of injection I would have divided the deca into 2 injection with your testo.

I like the arrangement of deca coupled with the Npp to have the effects faster I would have why not 6 weeks of both see even the whole cure like that
