Work out 5 days a week. I would like to gain about 10lbs of muscle and lose 10lbs of fat. So I would eat clean and additional cardio twice a week. I've never had a problem eating enough so I'm good there it's more of eating more healthy. I'm excited to start. Pinned today and got goosebumps from excitement. First cycle in over 2 years.

I'm taking 25mg Aromasin EOD for estrogen

I will wait 10 days or 2 weeks after last pin to start PCT.

oh my god u had a high body fat and started a cycle!!!! OMG JESUS you know dylan gemelli and most the internet says u cant run a cycle with High BF!!!!

Actually, you can. But you sacrifice a lot.
Higher symptoms of high estrogen sides, i.e. Blood pressure, acne & gyno. Results from the cycle are not a dramatic, but this is a pretty standard maintain muscle & diet down.
A much better approach here than what most people post!! +2

Best thing you can do to shred that fat is 30-40 min cardio on an empty stomach

Wake up drink 16oz of water, take ur Aminos and get ur ass on a treadmill 30 min of cardio with TARGET HEART RATE OF 120-130 WORKS LIKE A MAGIC PILL

I would drop the 10lbs first and then start your cycle. You will get much better results. Very difficult if not impossible to bulk and cut at the same time.

Edit: I see you have already started the cycle so I would pick one or the other.

What I mean is. I weigh 230. I would like to weigh 230 when my cycle is over. By gaining muscle but losing fat. I have already started the cycle but I very much value your opinion. Thanks

Do u have an AI for on cycle, if needed? Clo mid and nol don't need to start till week 15.

Yes I have aromasin and arimidex. I won't start PCT until 10 days or 2 weeks after last pin. Should I run the Provi all the way through PCT?
