Description, concerns and expectations

So I started this cycle in July of this year looking to put on some size and I had a PL competition that I wanted to fill out the 220 weight class from 205. I did a shit load of research and settled on test and EQ mostly because of the hunger benefits I read about as I'm never hungry and have to force myself to eat most of the time (all those missions where you only eat once every three days fucked me). It was a great cycle and my strength went up significantly and I weighed in at 219.8 so I cut it pretty close.

Pre cycle numbers:
Sq - 800
Bench - 585
DL - 635
Total - 2020

Post cycle numbers:
Sq- 850
Bench - 625
DL - 675
Total - 2150

Diet was the vertical diet (easy for me to digest) and was fundamentally 3500 Kcal/day of white rice and flank steak along with plenty of on cycle support supplements.

PCT:

Clom: 150 D1 / 100 7D / 50 2w
Nolva: 40 2w / 20 2w

Overall Pretty happy with it.

Thanks man. But if I'm being honest.

Afghanistan fire fights are the end all be all adrenaline rush. After getting out (I've been out for 6 years in Jan) nothing really compared at all, still doesn't. But walking up to 800 or 900 pounds I get a little of that back. Has nothing to do with the cliche "my therapy" crap or anything like that. But its what I like man.

Buddy there is noting wrong with that. I've found training powerlifting is the best form of therapy.., and I've tried a lot of different things.., for me to stay off drugs/alcohol and from killing someone.

I agree there is something about lifting heavy weight and busting your ass in training that gives you a rush.

Dave Tate calls it "into the void" were training is the only place that you forgot about all the shit in life and stress and only time you are truly free. check out the video.., not sure if you seen it yet.
