Summer prep cycle

Stats:
6'1"
205 lbs
14% BF (I have been grubbing my way through this brutal winter hahaha!)

Expectations:
Clean cycle, immediate bump up 10lbs in weight in first 5 weeks. Looking for a solid 1 lbs of lean muscle every week after that. Would like to walk away from cycle at 220lbs with 10%BF

Thank you all for your feedback. I really appreciate it. I am going to bump test prop up to 100mg EOD for the first 4 weeks and add the taper at week 12. I typically respond well to anavar, so I will bump to 60mg a day for last 6 weeks.

I have plenty of Arimidex on hand if I start to encounter any sensitivity in my nips. Pct I will be running Chlomid.

I run a prop taper with every cycle.

Your kickstart with prop is dosed too low. Go with 100mg EOD for 4 weeks. At those doses you will not be feeling much until your cyp kicks in around week 4-5. Also, your var doses are too low. I would run 50/50/75/75/100/100 for the last 6 weeks. This will also allow your liver a longer break between orals.
