Bodytype: Ecto/thin frame, weight prior to lifting 140lbs
Protein per day 300-350 grams
Macro split %: 30c/30f/40p

Last cycle Test + EQ 2 years ago (I think)
Previous cycles test + dbol, test + deca
I CRUISE YEAR ROUND ON 125MG TEST EVERY 4TH DAY (so 3 days in between each shot), mostly for quality of life reasons as my natty test production is low (diagnosed by doctor, prior to steroid use, I now choose to self administer). Obviously I will continue to do so while I run the Tbol.
Training schedule:3 day split with 15mins cardio on non training days (tried loads of variations over the years, my body responds best to low frequency training with lots of rest days, even on cycle)
Reasoning behind cycle: Started a light cut (dropped from 3500kcal to 3000 and dropped my carbs %) going well, stomach where I carry most of my B/F losing size nicely. Decided to run some Tbol having read some logs from guys using it on a cut with reduced carbs to good effect and I had some laying around.
If nothing else it'll be interesting to see what happens and how i react to Tbol.
Goals from Tbol use: Retain, maybe even gain a little muscle whilst on the cut. I dont expect it to increase my fat loss.
Duration: 6-8 weeks depending on how it's going.
Dosage 80mg per day, split into 4 throughout day.
