Simple starting cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

I'm not using any HCG or Clomid, the simple reason is I only want to see how my body acts see how bad the shut down is, any sides etc, I've done a Dbol only cycle before and blew up with no sides what so ever. So I'm looking forward to this one but have taken some more steps in terms of helping just in case of sides considering I'm using a test base.

JUST TO MAKE CLEAR - I WILL NOT BE STARTING THIS CYCLE WITH MY CURRENT WEIGHT. I'M CURRENTLY DIETING USING THE WATER FASTING DIET. FEEDBACK IS ALL I WANT AT THIS STAGE IF I COULD IMPROVE ON THE CYCLE ETC CHEERS EVERYONE

I hate to beat a dead horse but I have Abs at 15% BF. You are nowhere near 15%. Honestly you're probably 25%ish.

Your stats say 15%-17% BF...I think not. Get it tested. Get your bloods tested. You should know what your baselines are... especially your T levels... You might have more than enough natty T...

You are probably 2-3 years away from even considering AAS, assuming you're able to recomp your body through proper nutrition & training. With all due respect, you look like you can't do 1 chin-up... or 5 pushups...

You have bad depression... AAS won't help that... seems like you wanna body recomp to give confidence thinking it'll help depression = bad idea...that's a rabbit hole brother...

You lost 6lbs on a "water fasted cardio in 1 week... 6 lbs. of what?...water? BF%?... you don't even know... I lose 5lbs. in the AM from bowel movement... then put on 3lbs. from my morning breakfast.

You have your gear "ready"... but you are far from "ready"...

I can't even wish you luck... just be safe and have your doc on speed dial for when something goes wrong...

Here's your cycle bro. Run, lift, eat clean and lift more, then lift again. Gear? Hell no.

You want to run a cycle for what? You havnt even begun to tap into your own resources bud. Get in the gym and get a base to build off of. No offence but you barely look like you lift. Everyone starts at the begining stop trying to cut corners.

So you're purposely avoiding a PCT to see how bad recovery will be? On top of going through a horrible 3+ months you will lose all your gains in that timeframe.

I'm using Nolvadex sir, I have now bought some HCG, I couldn't get hold of any from my sources when I posted this, However, I have now so will be implementing it into the cycle, however Clomid is still a no no, I've got bad depression and Clomid being a big giver of depression I don't want to use it.

Clomid neber caused depression in me. It's like an estrogen so if anything I get bitchy and emo sometimes during pct but a deppressant? I think not sir

Your personal experience does not apply to all other human beings. Not only can clomid affect those with an existing depression issue, but clomid can, in fact, cause depression.

Read the pamphlet (at the very, very least)before giving out bad medical advise that could adversely affect the mental health of others.

Remove your face from pics!! Then head to the diet and exercise forums. You need to build more of a base before using anymore aas my friend .

Cheers bud I'll do that now, and I know I'm dieting at the minute, lost about 6lb so far in under a week - water fasting/ cardio for an hour each day, Although this cycle lay out is purely for people like your self to help me in the future, I have all the stuff ready to go, but I know and you know it's not gonna touch me in any way, I've got the gear ready when I feel I've got to a required weight and feel more satisfied

Ok good deal. My advice before you take any sort of aas is to get your bf down as much as possible. Get into a good training routine. Get your core lifts down. Most importantly get your diet in line with your goals. That is the most important part of a successful cycle hands down and if anyone tells you otherwise dont listem to them. When the time comes and you feel ready to cycle you really have start planning from scratch. I think you will do more harm than good if you run this how its written.
