Description, concerns and expectations

Life, depression and school got in the way. Needless to say, it's been 4 years since my last serious cycle and need to ease my way back in. Feel free to recommend diets and exercise routine as I'm completely rusty.

My weight has exploded, with body fat well into 20%s. So, I intend on clen + benadryl for 6 weeks while doing 60 minutes of various cardio 'swimming, treadmill, basketball' x 2 a day x 5 times a week with 3 times of body splits for 6-9 woods before the cycle, or less, depending on results.

After the cycle is over, I wonder what to do. I already had trt script, so I'm thinking about a cruise for equal amount of time before cycling again.

For now, I'm going to get my comprehensive blood panel done later this week to see where I'm standing, but I know the numbers will look ugly. What do you guys think? Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance

Update, dropped another 12 lbs this month, bringing the total to 31 lbs since August 15th. Feeling and looking better! 30 lbs away from 200 lbs, and depending on what my blood work shows, I think I'll be back for help with a cycle recommendation. Thank you all!

Officially below 250 lbs (-17 lbs) since August 15th when I started to workout again. Even though I'm aware it's in no way scientific or accurate, but my body fat was measured at the doctor's office using the same scale and it's showing a drop from 26% to 21.1% (again, I'm aware it's not accurate like using a BodPod) but it was a boost of confidence, last reading Friday, 2 days ago. I'm thinking about delaying the cycle all together until the next year to make it as close to being perfect as possible by preparing and readying as hard as possible. Also, thinking about getting gynecomastia removal surgery (puberty induced) in the process. I read doctor recommendations about post surgery recovery and the time out needed from physical activity, but it's obviously not for someone who wants to cycle. It's a big if, but if I were to undergo surgery, how far should I delay the cycle after recovery?

IDEALLY by January, I'd weigh in the 200s, body fat slashed in half to a cool 11% and my red blood cell count reduced to normal levels (giving blood 2-3 times a month) according to doctor's orders, no medication or other treatment prescribed. Will be doing blood work every 4-6 weeks to closely monitor my health and act accordingly.

Lastly, I was diagnosed with ADD as an adult and been off the medication (Adderall 15 MG x 2 daily) for 3 years but I'm seeing it becoming a problem again and might need to consult a psychiatrist about it. What do you think I should keep in mind if I ever get on it or a similar medication again? What interactions if any should I be aware? What do I have to keep in mind if I ever end up prescribed an ADD stimulant and wanting to run a cycle?

No updates, but I just wanted to thank everyone who shared their opinion. I feel good and am doing good! Hopefully, things continue to go well, so I can pick your brains when I'm ready for the cycle. Already took the before picture and can't wait to post the after, by then I'd have lost 60 lbs, just the good and simple way: diet and workout smart while educating yourself in the process. So far, I'm 14 lbs down, and what's more important is that I'm motivated, which is something that has eluded me for years. Thanks again my friends!

Quick update:
Weight is down 5 lbs in 4 days. I'm aware of body weight fluctuation and its many causes but I was surprised. Blood is also improved slightly 121/82. Same diet and slightly increased exercise.

Did a new blood test on Friday and Red blood count and Hemoglobin are high, and for the first time my LDL is elevated but according to the doctor not enough for medication as overall and good cholesterol numbers are good. Everything else is a normal including kidney function and liver enzymes. Testosterone is somehow normal again. I used an old test 'over 6 months old' to convince the doctor to prescribe me Cypionate, and he did give me a 3 month script before this test, but I highly doubt he'll renew it.

I still need to test for estrogen, tried to convince the doctor, but he brushed it off as unnecessary, so I'll have to order a test from an online provider. If you know a good website with reasonable prices, I greatly appreciate it.

Will upload photos and your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you all!

As advised, cycle delayed and I'm only on trt as of this week as my total and free testosterone were very low. The doctor agreed to put me on 200 mg/week.

Exercise has been consistent a minimum of 5 nights a week, a hour of lifting, and i aim for an hour of cardio but been averaging about 30 minutes.

-6 lbs in 18 days.
Slight improvement in blood pressure: 135/80 to 126/76
Doctor put me on TRT 200 mg/week

Dude, Chill out on all the cardio, you're doing too much, what you've done is fucked up your metabolisim and I get it, you want a quick and fast way to get back in shape but it is never a good idea to throw the whole kitchen sink at any problem. What are you left with after that? Even more drugs? Even less calories? Even more cardio??

I wanna help you brother so listen up. You've got to get your calories slowly back up to a pretty high number. I would taper up 100-200 extra CLEAN calories per week for 8-10 weeks. I know this sounds like you're going backwards but the objective is to truly reset yourself. From their you will be at your bodies truly desired weight. From there you can add in 20 mins of cardio - KEEP YOUR CALORIES HIGH STILL. Then start to cut out simple carbs like fruit or bread(STILL KEEP CALORIES HIGH) From there you can always add more cardio, you can decrease your carbs later down the road maybe add some clen and test. If you taper this properly you will be much more happy with your body and your body will truly transform. If you try and fight your body with the kitchen sink you'll wind up hating yourself. Slow and steady wins the race my man. Eat clean, train hard, and just follow the program you will get there bro hang the fuck in there.

Thank, I agree. I jumped the gun too quickly by wanting a cycle. As advised, I delayed it until an acceptable bf% is reached. As far as the diet, I met with a dietitian and was advised a 1500 calorie per day diet.

As long as you are consistent with your attitude and workouts, I think you can reach your goals with or without aas.

Absolutely true. Aas are an add on and they won't help without a solid foundation.

Questions you should answer prior:
Are you going to delay plans on cycling till you drop the BF%?
Will you use the Clen or try the EAC?
Will you get the unisex hormone panel for precycle bloods?
What is your resting BP & heart rate BPM?
State your goal. To plan your path.
A goal without a plan is called a dream.

1- cycle delayed as advised by you guys.
2- neither, decided to be stimulant free until excess fat is lost.
3- 71 bpm + 76/126.
Goal is to drop all the fat, to an acceptable range below 15% before I start any cycle.
4- diet: 1500 calories, 50% protein, 40% carbs, 10% fats 'mostly vegetarian'
Thank you for the link. Will definitely study it.

Why not try it naturally at first? It’s crazy if you just change your habits diet, sleep, working out, etc..... Your jumping in with AAS after 4 yrs. Are you still using your script?

I took the advice of the members and simply running a calorie deficit with cardio and weights, an hour each a day. Still on 200 mg a week.

I’d definitely hold off on a cycle until you get your body fat down some or it might cause you some problems like Sam said & would be a waste of money. Dial your diet in & get your gym routine down & you can easily drop 5%. I’d also drop the clen. ECA stack would be your best bet as far as something to aid in loosing bodyfat.

You're right. I forgot the eca doses, is it still Bronkaid 25 mg + caffeine 200 mg and Aspirin 81 mg?

  • JARHEAD2's picture

Yes sir, or you can buy some stacks from a source here. The bronkaid has the mucinex in it & you don’t really need it. The sources have the real ephedrine too. Either way will work though!
How’s your diet now & your gym routine?

Id get back in shape first. You will probably have eztrogen problems with the fat. Post a picture. Clen isnt a diet drug I would drop it.

yeah, I definitely wouldn't be running a cycle given current body condition and clen isn't going to make any difference with bodyfat that high. All risk and no reward. Knock bodyfat down to 10% and clen can make a difference but much above that it is pretty much a waste and totally unneccesary.

Can you elaborate about clen? I always used it with fantastic results. Especially Helios, injectable clen and yohimbine.

Let me give you some elaboration, when you are overweight you put a strain on your heart hence why overweight folks have high blood pressure, you start taking all these stimulants and you are asking for heart issues and higher blood pressure, headaches, flush skin, e.t.c. drop the fat naturally then do your cycling. Or ignore it and wonder why its hard to catch your breath and the heart is pounding out of your chest.

It works good in people that are already lean. It's also extremely dangerous. Risk vs reward. Let's hear about your diet plans. The most important part..
