+ 5 REAL HGH 4 month results with pictures

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

hows it going community I just want to post the results I have had from using pharmaceutical hgh. I recently recordered my results vía pictures and measurements. I went from size 40 inch waist to almost a 36. Weight has stayed the same 230lbs I’m 6’2 but body composition has changed a lot. I tried many protocols at the beginning but I ended up only taking growth on training days 4-6 ius right before workout to aid with repair right after. Let me know if you guys have any question I’ll be happy to help out or answer anything from here on I do plan to keep bulking I am a tall guy.

Personally I find the change is extremely subtle and I'd say the majority of would be attributed to you being much more tan, which in turn is bringing out your muscles and definition more. But if you say you dropped 4 inches off your waist then no one can really argue with that

just an update.... after doing more research and talking with a friend with amazing results. i switched to taking it at night instead of pre workout... i was feeling very tired throughout the day. but also as a 29 year old we barely produce any so taking it at night wont stop my natural as it is declined as we age. i can understand the argument if i was 18 or something.. anyways my waist dropped down to a 35 inch that is a whole 4 inches ... im not sure how much more it going to drop. but it doesnt stop:) damm.. i feel good about the results...any questions or comments appreciated

Yes i did change my diet a bit before i was all about hitting numbers like i have to hit 600g carbs ect. but doing research and from personal experience hgh can mess up you carb sensetivity. not only that i want to keep tricking my body so now i carb cycle. like ill have two days out of the week where i have low carbs like 100grams

but i attribute my progress to hgh as in the past if i would try to cut i always loose muscle and feel less full. this is the first time i cut and actually have gained half an inch on arms and a full inch on calfs. so i know its working man. honestly

yes and i also added 1-2 days of cardio incline 10 speed 3.0 for 45min two days on my off days of gym

Interesting. I’ve tried every protocol myself as well. Did not have good success with taking it pre workout at all.

Pre is when I typically take it and found it to be effective. Tell you the truth I really can't tell if taking it at different times really matters to me. Seems to work the same regardless of when I take it. Just more a convenience thing for me to take it pre-WO. Before bed is my other favorite time.

How do you time out your pre workout meal/snack? Definitely don’t want to lift when I’m hungry.

I like to eat one of my higher carbed meals about 2 hrs before I lift. Any sooner than that it probably is going to be available for energy anyway. I can't work out on a full belly. Blood in my stomach for digestion takes away from the blood that could pumping through my muscles pumping me up. I also like to take my GH away from meals so that that it is not influenced by carbs. From what I have gathered carbs close to your GH shot can blunt the effects of it so I take it on empty stomach to be safe. This times perfectly with taking it preWO.

with HGH you have to eat carbs 45min away from the injection because it messes with the carbs ect. so its perfect i eat my pre workout meal which is the morning. oatmeal, fruit, eggs, protien shake and then wait 45 go to gym and take it right before workout. 1.5 hour workout then have my protien/carb shake.

Mak. Your an oatmeal guy pre workout ?
Ive been mostly cream of rice But sometimes basmati rice
I could always try oatmeal if it works good for you guys

Not much of an oatmeal guy. Eat to much of that during preps. I'll have a well balanced lunch, steak and potatoes, hamburger, sub, whatever and then follow up a couple hours after that with a sandwich or something and then go workout 1.5-2hrs later. Nothing wrong with oatmeal or rice though. If I feel like I need a quick carb boost right before workout though I get in some dextrose 15-20min prior to workout. Need to use fast acting carbs though. I like to chew on willy wonka bottle caps if that is the case, I'll then take my GH before bed instead. Rare instance when I need to use fast acting carbs though.

i agree yes always take it away with carbs so like you said fits perfectly with pre workout.

I always take my gh first thing when I wake up. Then eat my meal an hour later. I’ll switch my protocol and try it your way.

well it peaks if your injecting in the fat 2-3 hours thats why its good to take pre workout so it can peak right when your finishing and aid in recovery well that why i read and also my theory.

What is really wierd i found is that when i took low dose about 2-4 ius i get a euphoria feeliing. but over 5-6ius i dont i feel like its too much for my body to handle. ALso i did try the mega dosing for a week with 10ius pre-workout as some of the big guys recommended me. I started to feel a weird sensation in my thyroid area. so i dropped it back and found 4-6ius pre workout is my best. and also on off days i take 4-6ius before bed. To note i never have had any other sides like aching joing ect and im taking pharma grade made for aids patients.
