Started out at 150 coming off two severe injuries from a motorized vehicle accident and before that COVID shut down all our gyms and my depression and anxiety was severe l. Coming off Androgel HRT this is my first real blast (did a sublingual trest cycle last year which was awesome but didn’t pct or was on HRT so I got shutdown for months lol) this cycle is coming to end I’ll let the pics do the talking I hope I ate and trained hard enough and

Maybe think of adding abit of Deca to the cycle if you have had a injury depending on what happened could help joints but then theres other things to keep in check like prolactin

150lbs? geez I mena I know you are in an accident but if youre gonna hop on you should have everything in check. whats your stats like in terms of lifts, height, weight, as well as your planned calories and macros for the bulk and IMO 12 weeks is a little short for a bulk 16 would be perfect in your case. Have A.I on hand as well
