Next proposed cycle
Hello again dear fellows,
I am currently running my 6th ever cycle which is about to finish in two weeks. After this cycle i will do a proper PCT and take a suitable time off. I propose here my next planned cycle as i would like everyone to give me an input and advice on this cycle.
here are my stats once again:
i am 28 years old with a height of 5 11 and my weight is 200 lbs approximately.
Currently my diet is good.. 3500 calories consumed a day. most of which is protein and fats. i am on low carb. (also i will highly appreciate some diet advice for this proposed cycle)
my goals for the proposed cycle are lean gains or kind of re composition.
My workouts are pretty good. 5 times a week. hitting each body part twice a week. doing cardio twice a week.
I will be doing blood works regularly on this cycle.

I'm gonna put my fat karma tag in here as well. NO BRO. We don't run Test / Tren / Mast to do a plain old cut. It's all about diet. Scrap the drugs. Maybe some Test, perhaps, maybe. That's it bro.
What are your goals?
why do you need over 1400mgs of juice a week including tren for a re comp?
MeinuntergangI hate to do this dude, and I'm in no way trying to make you feel bad, but.... if this is your 6th cycle and you weigh 200 lbs then there has to be something wrong. Why not postpone the cycle, get a comprehensive panel done to see what's going on with your body, try to experiment and get to know your body's response to different nutritional strategies in all of its aspects: volume, type, timing and so on...., exercises and routines. Maybe, formulate a new diet and introduce new methods of training that could aid you get more out of the cycles, and research solid PCT Protocols to maintain as much gains as possible. Good luck!
