STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
I have been working out for 7 months now. I was 392 and now am 286. I started testosterone replacement after personal study and consulting with others. Seeking advice! Please know - I am completely new to this.
2300 cal diet. Macros- Protein 40%, Carbs 35%, Fat 25%
I do my best trying to reach those numbers but often fall a few hundred calories short. I stay within the percentage range plus or minus a few daily.
Any advice on ancillaries as well? Thank you guys! Much love!

Hey man! Nice work on the AWESOME weight loss journey! Keep up the excellent work and I look forward to hearing more about your journey.
The other guys have already hit the nail on the head and you're awesome for being so humble and receptive, it's like a breath of fresh air to all of us. Most guys can be down right stubborn and resentful when they get advice they don't want to hear. Get that bloodwork done and you will have a much better idea of how to proceed and how to increase your overall health. I still get bloodwork done before, during and after a cycle every time.
Good luck man and don't be a stranger if you have any questions!
Wow! That's some serious weight loss u have had in 7 months.. Can u share ur experience with us?
18 year drug and alcohol addiction. Depression and anxiety for years. One day I had enough. God has been my saving grace and the gym has been my healthy outlet. I’ve had my biggest mental breakthroughs in the gym. Some of my biggest cries (just being honest) were in the gym by overcoming what my mind would say I couldn’t do. I’m not looking to be a body builder. I’m just trying to stay in my lane, get around a good group of people, get more educated, and stay positive for myself and others.
WAY TO GO BROTHA YOU SHOULD BE VERY PROUD OF YOUR SELF I KNOW A THING OR 2 ABOUT HAVING AN ADDICTI I N AND THEN OVERCOME N IT.
Thanks bro! I really appreciate that!
Thats awesome brother. Im glad u were able to have clarity and found a positive outlet. Keep pushing forward and setting new goals to achieve. Thank u for sharing. Ur in the rite place for learning and brotherhood.
Bigun2Bunch of Bill’s friends here so you’re not alone. Accept Press’ invite and send me a Friend Request. My story is similar to yours. Looking forward to getting to know you my dude!
And with that humble honesty you get an invite to the Best group on earth mate - check your inbox
Bigun2No nudes or weird animal stuff required..?! Damn Frow you got in cheap, bro. I had to do some quasi-legal sexual shit to get in the club. Press is getting soft lol.
Damn Bigun - I told you I only like stuff with 1 legged midgets in! .....
Bigun2Hey, the vertically-challenged need love too!
If you remember too I had to help you out with your Balls first as they were too small for the club - Then once they regained some size and were big enough you were invited in LMFAO
Bigun2You just can’t keep my balls out of your mouth can you bro? LMAO!!
Bigun2Congrats on the weight loss. No offense intended, but it you’ve never had bloodwork how do you know your Test is low and needs to be supplemented with exogenous hormones?
Your weight issues and mood, depression could have a plethora of causes (thyroid, hormones, chemical imbalance, etc) but unfortunately sans bloodwork your just shooting in the dark. My suggestion would be find a good doctor, get them to run bloodwork so you can know definitively what’s going on then follow that doctor’s suggestions.
You don’t want to try to treat symptoms with underground lab substances and advice from the internet, bud. Best of luck to you!
No offense taken and you are definitely right dude. I’m definitely going to the doc this week after seeing these responses. I appreciate the advice man!
Heloooo44I wouldn’t use an AI on such a low dose test. Better to have little bit higher estrogen then lower as long as you dont have high estrogen side effects what you wont get on your dose of test.
Estrogen is really important for health...
Generally this is true, but keep in mind his high body fat percentage and lack of bloodwork. Higher body fat % can cause alot of armotising. He needs to check it with blood work to know for sure.
Yes this is exactly what a couple friends had been telling me. But now I’m definitely going to get bloodwork this week.
E2 (estrogen) can be very unique per each individual. Like I said, I understand why you might need one( an ai) on a low test dose and high bf. But at the same time, moderate e2 levels are not bad for the body and crashing your e2 is a big no no. Sure, there are people on here that are in tune with their hormones enough to know when e2 is high or low without bloodwork, but being a newbie like yourself, I doubt you have the experience.
Learn the process, learn the compounds, and most off all learn your body and be safe.
HIT IT LIKE A BOY DOG!
Thanks guys! The encouragement means a lot! I’m gonna get the bloodwork done ASAP and get plugged in here
Molinin302Welcome to the community buddy, and nice work on your weight loss. Plenty of great people, sources, and information here, just try to be involved. Get that bloodwork done.
Good job with the weight loss. Just keep in mind TRT is forever. At your age that’s something you gotta think about. Get some bloods done.
Hey brother, why did you start a self ( I'm assuming) administration of testosterone? Did you ever get bloodwork or consult a doctor before you started this journey? There alot more questions after that, but they can wait.
I have not gotten blood work done. I realize now that should have been my first step. I was very turned off by the prices of TRT vs what I could find in the gym. I was dealing with a lot of depression and mood swings. Also trouble concentrating and honestly getting aroused and staying hard. My hair is also thinning very badly. And clearly I would like the accelerated help with the body transformation. Irresponsible move on my part not going to the doc.
I'm not looking to crush you by no means, just looking at the big picture as a whole. Bloodwork nonetheless is important when running hormones and to overall health/safety. Stay strong and positive.
Don't put yourself down though pal - you are still moving in a very positive direction.
Congratulations on the massive weight loss bud!!
Thanks man I really appreciate that!
