-2 New competition cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Just finished a PL meet and added on body fat and weight to build strength. Currently at 144lbs around 27% bf starting to diet down and go into a recomp for my future figure competition. At 120lbs around 18% bf.
Will adjust dosages based on my body's reaction and rate at which I'm losing weight and/Or how my recomp is progressing.
Caloric intake will start at 1860 and decrease slowly to 1540 then slowly increase during pct. Workout 5 days a week. Legs & abs 3x upper body 2x 5x a week cardio starting at 20minutes then increasing. Add fasted cardio only if necessary. I have a coach overseeing my progression.

Some are pct and I'm not running them all at one time together. That is everything I'm running some for 6 weeks some for 2 weeks but not all at one time.

Words of advice here, one compound is usually enough. Experienced user? Try two. When you're really at the top of your game maybe three. That's plenty for most athletes. You're throwing away your money and risking your health.
