+ 1 Need info on cutting cycle

I ended a tren 400 mg per week/ tes 250 per week cycle about a month and a half ago. great cycle, best gains I have experienced to date. it was my second cycle. my first cycle was tes 500 mg per week. I now want to do a cutting cycle. I have always been a thick person 5'9" 210lbs, My goals are to get as lean and ripped as possible. I am not as interested in bigger muscles as I am into defined and shredded. I would like for more knowledgeable people then myself to help me set up this cycle from start to finish. I need to know what to stack together, in what amounts, how often to pen, what AI's specifically I should take in what amounts during and after the cycle. I have been reading this site and realized I was doing cycles with no real knowledge of what I was doing to my body or what risks I was taking. I saw this forum and thought it was a great resource to get educated on the subject so I can do it more effectively and safely. Thank you in advance for any and all help.

If you are trying to lose weight best thing you can do is to find out what is your TDEE is and Decrease ur calories by 300-500 cal a day from ur TDEE and add Fasted Cardio at least 3 times a week and 20 min cardio after your lifting session. Getting ripped is not as hard as it seems stay on track, weigh yourself every morning, count your macros

Too soon. Just ran a cycle a month and a half ago. Want to stay off at least as long as you were in. Ex, 12 week cycle, wouldn't start until at least 12 weeks off cycle.

You could have offered info like "you would be better off taking this amount of tren and this amount of tes for these reasons and this is why you are asking for trouble with that you did."

You decided to go a different route lol

Best advice for you so far, but it seems like you're only looking for a co-sign for your ill advised tren use.
You posted up, so don't be dismissing things just because you don't like what's said.
You need to stick with a diet and that's it. Good luck.

Hi vhman,

I am not looking for anyone to cosign on anything I have done in the past. I was very clear on my post that I did no know what I was doing and that I was doing it wrong. My entire purpose for this post is to find information on how to do right the next time. If tren is not the right one then what one is? telling me I did it wrong and not giving me a solution is worthless information if I have already said I was doing it wrong. All I was looking for were recommendations on how I should go about my next cycle. I was looking for specifics on gear types, doses, how many times to pen each week, AI's to run and how much and how often, PCT what to use how much and when to take it.

So far the only information I have gained was how long to wait between cycles and the importance of dieting. Which is great, definitely info I needed. For some reason it has been difficult to get cycle specifics answered.

A little soon to jump right back on cycle. Listen to makwa and take a little time to educate yourself. Let your body recover and then we can help you put together a cycle. In the mean time killit in the gym and work on your diet.

Hi Felony,

I will be honest, I do not diet at all. That is the main reason I use gear, for the fat burning properties. What is a good amount of time to let my body recover?

Generally the rule of thumb is time on plus pct equals time off. Example lets say you did a 12 week cycle then wait about two weeks to start pct depending on ester ran then basic 4 week pct would be 18 weeks. You should give your body that much time to recover assuming you recovered and this would be based on bloods then you can consider another cycle. Now everyone is going to tell you the same thing because its true if your not eating based on your goals the cycle will be a waste. Diet exercise and sleep are absolutes if any one of these is not in check you can take whatever you want and the results will be nil. You cant be lazy brother. Hope this helps a little.

That's great information, thank you, I have a few questions for you. Ive been feeling tired and sluggish ever since I went off cycle. I'm sure this is because I didn't know what I was doing. I've been off cycle for almost 2 months. What would I ask the doctor to check when do my blood levels. Also l, where would I look for information on dieting?

The fat burning properties is probably like a 2% increase and will no difference at all when trying to cut. The only thing 500 mg of testosterone will do when you're cutting will be to add 10 pounds in water weight from estrogen conversion.

A cutting cycle and getting shredded is ALL about the diet. Your choice of compounds really doesn't matter that much. What you should be asking for is help to set up your diet since the cycle is the real easy part and the diet is the real hard part. Exhaust your brain in the training/nutrition section for a while and let us know what you have in mind for your diet.
