BF: 12 ish.might do a dexa scan post-cycle.
im on self prescribed TRT. been on dosages between 125-300mg a week for 3 years now.
i been lifting on and of since my early 20`s. been lifting consitant/cycling steroids for 5 years.
Diet:
my diet is always on track i enjoy eating healthy. i would rather skip the gym a day or 2 then cheat my diet.
high protein, moderate carb. moderate fat, low sodium. a little bit of sugar post-workout. starting in a slight deficit, then gradually increase the calories to a slight surpluss. unless i get good recomp in a deficit. i usually have a 500 calorie range that works best for me. example. my maintenance is around 3000 so say week 1 i eat 2800 week 2 2800 week 3 3200 week4 3000 then adjust and repeat.

from week 3 i will just keep the surpluss throughout and gradually increase calories.

Training:
just started a push/pull/leg/rest program. but i will change it to a push upper/Push lower/ pull upper/ pull lower.
i havent done any cardio for a while, so ill start out with 10 min a day, and add 5 min every week untill end of cycle.
Drugs:
i could only get mixed vials from my source. i was ordering test and npp. but he could only get me a test blend (100mg test p, 150mg test c, 200mg test e per ml) and nolt/nandrolone mix ( 60 mg nandro p, 60 mg NPP, 90 mg deca, 90 mg nandro laurat). ill be injecting eod.
im in week 3 and i can see good recomp already. looking leaner and more vascular but weight is the same. my joints feel amazing! and my bench is up 10 kg. squat is up 15kg. libido is great. gonna get blood works done next week.

YourdadFail cycle......I dont understand this thing with HCG on cycle. You send signal to your body to stop producing your own test and at the same time with HCG you are telling to your body to produce test through the LH hormone. You telling your body 2 different things. Your HPTA is going to be fucked up in the long term

YourdadOf course...you can recover properly and many people have normal bloods after HCG usage on cycle. The problem is the long term effects not short term. HCG is the last hope for endocrinologists to bring your nuts back. After several treatments with HCG and abuse it becomes less efffecting to people bodys. However the most important thing to consider is that treatment with HCG on cycle has negative impact on HPTA and on the main hormones FHS AND LH signals.....which is bad because your body is going to regenerate slower test.....and this things is not rumours...they are proven 100 times. Do more research

Fxt50Thanks for advise, I respect that. I dont want to have a recomp discussion. I did the same protocol on my last cycle. only with 500 test 200 tren 10 weeks. With a 4 week tbol kick start at 60 mg ed. I gained 4 kg, but i went from 10-8 bf. Best i ever looked. But ive been bulking on trt for almost a year and gained a bit of fat. But im not competing. So its not that big a deal. Should i just turn it in to a bulk and cut after cycle on trt dose? What u think?
You're 5' 8½" so say 5' 9" same height as me, about same age as me and you sitting at 205 lbs. I know that you weighed less at the end of your last cycle than you do now, but I just want to picture this. Let's say, just for arguments sake that you ended up at 200 at the end of your last cycle at 8% BF. So you started your cycle at 191 lbs. 10 % BF and ended at 200 lbs. 8% BF. Your LBM lean body mass went from 172 lbs. to 184 lbs. - a 12 lb. gain in LBM in 10 weeks. You gained, however 9 lbs. (4 kg) so you must therefore have lost 3 lbs. of fat. And this must have happened while you were in a caloric surplus through the miraculous action of the steroid compounds themselves. I did not know that Tren was a fat burner. I can't believe this after all these years. You know what bro? I just don't believe you. Please read what I wrote above and try to clarify for me. When I understand the "miracle" that took place here I will be happy to help you. You can count on that.

Fxt50On my last cycle i went from 82-86 kg. My waist went from 79-76. I was not in a constant surpluss. I did 2 weeks deficit - 1 week maintence - 2 week surplus then repeat. I dont buildt muscle/burn fat simutaneously. And my body reacts fast to changes. During the deficit i "overtrained" 2-3 hours of lifting. and did cardio ed, sometimes twice a day. During the maintence i cut cardio to 3 xweek and weight lifting to 1 hour a day max. During surpluss i did cardio everyday. And lifted 1 hour a day. So there is really no "miracle". Its just my way of bulking/cutting or recompimg without getting fat or anorectic looking. It might sound like a good way to spin youre wheels. but this works great.
Not an effective way to get the most out of hormones bro. You're trying to gain mass and you're cycling deficit and maintenance calories? Find a good coach bro.
As far as your current testosterone nandrolone cycle is concerned you might think about feeding yourself so you can get something out of it for a change. So, yes, bulk.
You should not be soliciting advice from this community on a cycle you are already running. You propose your cycle here first, and get feedback before you start it incorporating any learned recommendations from this board.
Quite frankly, with a bunch of long and short and ultra long mixed esters on both compounds I would need a cycle design computer program just to even get an idea of what your blood level is doing with the injection schedule you are on.

Fxt50self prescribed was probably not the right words. I fucked up my natty test a while back doing to high dosages and crappy pct. My testosterone level was basicly non (130 if i remember correct) My doctor wanted to give me 100 mg test e every 4 week. I did this for almost a year (worst year ever). And lost ridiculous amounts of lean mass. So i decided to get my own test and get an accepteble dose.
Hahaha yeah the esters is a real pain in the ass. i had to make a chart for all the esters.
I have a doctors apointment on weddnes day. See how that goes.
I am my own coach. And personal trainer is my proffession aswell.
But trust me i would never put a client on this protocol.
im not looking to weigh 5000 or compete. I just enjoy doing this as a hobby. Unfortunantly drugs is part of that

You have to bulk before you can cut. BULK then CUT. In that order. No lean bulks, no recomps, no bulk and cut on a single cycle.
You WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT stay lean on a bulk. Have you ever seen today's offseason photos of the top Olympia pros? The most elite athletes in the sport of bodybuilding. Many don't even have abs visible.
I am a competitive bodybuilder. If I could just add lean dry mass when gaining muscle, I certainly would and so would every other guy in the sport. Guess what? It can't be done!
But, but, but, - sure there are ways of minimizing bloating. Sure there are ways of holding fat gain down. But new mass comes with water and fat. No buts.
So, first and foremost, you need to open your mind to this reality. If you wanna grow, you're not going to be ready for a photo shoot all year long. LOL

Its been a long time since ive done a pure bulk. I always gained unexcepteble amounts of fat during my bulking cycles. Just to cut and almost look the same as pre cycle. So im a little traumatized by bulking. Most likely due to lack of knowledge. How much do you suggest i should let my self gain a week? Honestly, pure bulking is not my strong side.
Let's build some muscle first bro. Then we can worry about keeping it all as you trim off the fat. I will make sure you don't loose any lean mass on a cut. There's no reason that should ever happen.

Protein: lean meat like chicken, beef, white fish, etc. Carbs: sweet potato, brown rice, oats and alot of veggies mostly spinach or broccoli fat: evo, avocado, eggs mct oil, etc. I have 1 epic cheat day a month at most. these days i almost only eat sugar.
