About me:
Been training since 2009, got tired of being a lazy fat bastard. I was able to transform my body from a fat 240lbs to a lean 180lbs.

My first cycle just ended about 2 months ago
I will be starting this 2nd cycle sometime at the end of this year.

I have also decided to run shorter cycle, 10 weekers, instead of the longer ones. What do you guys prefer? long or short ones

Yessir, well sorta, I dont wanna get too bloated though if you know what I mean, so maybe Tbol instead of dbol? wat do you think?

For lean mass test e....test prop kicker....Winny to help cut as finisher. You can cut with deca if its lower like 250/wk. Tbol for first 5wks with liv protector. Low salt diet. Lean n buffed will come strogly if you're eating super clean til then as well. Deca/dbol will get ya wet mass....bloated up a bit if you're running it high.

Diet....good foods with high proteins/low fat will be your best.
