my second cycle
My stats are - Male:40, 179cm, 80kg, 10%bf
I'm pretty raw at reading/understanding bloods, but am getting full bloods done this week and have previous results from pre first cycle.
(First Cycle)
Did my first cycle Feb this year, Wks 1-2 40mg dbol, 500mg test e, Wk 3-4 60mg dbol, 500mg test e (wk3) 600mg test e (wk4) Wk 5-10 600mg p/wk test e. had 2 weeks off then ran PCT of clomid and Nolvadex wk 13&14 100mg/day clomid, 40mg/day Nolvadex, Wk 15&16 50mg/day clomid and 20mg/day Nolvadex.
Got good results from first cycle started at 75kg and finished at 80kg. Have lost about a 1kg of that so sitting around 79kg at the moment.
Had no side affects from first cycle, everything went well. My first cycle felt quite mild in intensity.
My next goal is to get to 85kgs whilst holding same 8-10% bf
(Diet)
Diet very clean but not sure if i should increase intake during cycle? I usually drop the carbs when i want to lean out. Also allow a couple of cheat meals on weekends.
Have worked with a nutritionist for 2 years to personlise nutrition
eg of diet:
6:45am Post Training - 1 scp ISO-100 Shake WPI
8:30am Breakfast - 1 cup Quick Oats with 100g Blueberries + Low Fat Milk
10:00am Snack 1 - 150g Chicken + 100g Broccoli
11:30am Snack 2 - ½ c. Basmati Rice + 1 tsp Flaxseed Oil
1:00pm Snack 3 - 150g Chicken + 100g Broccoli
2:30pm Snack 4 - ½ c. Basmati Rice + 1 tsp Flaxseed Oil
4:00pm Snack 5 - 150g Chicken + 100g Broccoli
5:30pm Snack 6 - ½ c. Basmati Rice + 1 tsp Flaxseed Oil
7:00pm Snack 7 - 1 scp ISO-100 Shake WPI
8:30pm Dinner - Fish, Chicken or Meat (approx. 200g portion) with
Mixed Vegetables and Flax Oil or Dressing
9:30pm (optional) - 200g Natural/Greek Yoghurt With 1 scp ISO-100, 100g of Blueberries
(Supplements)
spread out 4 times per day:
1 tsp tri-creatine malate, 1tsp L-Glutamine, 1tsp BCAA's, 1/4 tsp Ultra Muscle-Eze, 1/4 tsp Nutra-life Ester C, 1 chromium tablet
(Training)
I train 5 mornings a week - Mon-Fri
Mon Legs, Tue Shoulders, Wed Arms, Thur Back, Fri Chest. I have 2 methods of training:
Training Method 1: 4 week on/1 week off
Rep Range 4 sets of each exercise with goal of maintaining same weight but increasing reps each week for 4 week block. wk 1 reps 12/10/8/6, wk 2 12/12/10/8, wk 3 12/12/12/10 wk 4 12/12/12/12 then 1 week rest.
Training Method 2: 3 week heavy / 2 week isolation
This method i train 3 weeks -heavy weights more compound exercises with same reps 12/10/8/6 but increase load for each rep, each week.
then 2 weeks of isolation work in the 12-15 rep range and add in 10-15 min of HIIT

It's pointless to run the AI too early. It will be no benefit to you. Start running it starting week 2 or 3. Test E takes over a week to kick in. Don't overdue the AI your joints will hate you. Also like others have stated. Dbol should only be ran at about 4 weeks and I don't think you need it to be honest for your goals.
Listen to the advice below but if you're gonna run dbol run it 30mg per day for 4 weeks only!
At 5'9 and 176lbs you could be heavier without AAS. This is how -I- would eat if you're going to jump on another cycle
Meal 1 - 6-8 eggs 1 cup of oats w/ 1-2 servings fruit
Meal 2 - 50g isolate protein shake w/ 1/2cup oats
Meal 3 (preworkout) - 6-8oz of chicken, 6oz of sweet potatoes, 1 serving of greens (your desire)
Meal 4(within 30minutes)- 50g of whey shake w/simple carb such as Gatorade or waxy maize
Meal 5- 9-11oz of ribeye 2-3 cups of white rice 1serving greens (your desire)
Meal 6- 50g shake w/banana and 2 tsp natural pb. Add in your extra supplements as well, won't hurt.
I'd maybe throw in some dbol and and make sure to get an ai! Arimidex at .5mg every other day!
ok thanks guys, thinking i might just stick to my first cycle plan which was Test E with a bit of dbol at the start and pct? Or just drop the dbol and go test e only?

If you have a good understanding of your AI requirements for a test only cycle you could consider adding in a dbol kicker this time but if you're making progress with test only I'd suggest doing that for as long as possible.
If you go with dbol be sure to incorporate NAC or TUDCA for liver support. I would keep the dbol to 4 weeks max. Don't forget to start your AI from day one with dbol. Don't wait until week 3 or 4 like you would with test cyp only.

you look bigger than 79kgs to be honest. im not getting in on this one, but a word of caution with no offence intended, on your next cycle be very careful about gyno, you are borderline bro, dbol and deca might push you over the edge.
This is overkill in my opinion based on your starting point and stated goals. There was no need for dbol on the first cycle either. You should have been able to get from 75kg to 80kg on test only. I'm taking your age into account here because a young guy should be able to do it without any AAS.
My advice is to stick with test only this cycle. Possibly add in the dbol if you had good results with it previously. Deca is a bad idea this early on. It's not necessary so save it until you want to get from 85kg to 90kg and break the magic 200lbs mark. At your age with deca you're setting yourself up for trt so if you do decide to run it do so with your eyes open.
I don't see any mention of prolactin control for the 19nor and nothing about an AI either. Maybe you forgot to update those details but they are more than a little important.

Pretty much exactly what I'm running now, just started my 4th cycle. I'm only running Dbol 4 weeks. Better start an AI right away using the Dbol, it will aromatize quickly. When you provide more info the guys on here will give you good advice, post a picture too it will help them.
