My Next Cycle In About 3 Months

I was at nearly 12st before lockdown then went into lockdown cause of the gyms and that shutting i didnt do anything and dropped right down to about 10st 5lb.
Started back at gym soon as opened then pretty much jumped on Sus 250 x 2 a week and NPP 100 x 2 a week for 10 weeks im back upto 11st 5lbs as of now. Hoping to add abit more with this next cycle ive got some Adex on hand just in case i need something stronger then nolvadex. Can get hold of pretty much anything fast if i get any other problems. Probably drop the nolva dex to 20mg a day for a extra week too if need be

tips. extend cycle to 16 weeks including the deca bro, next wait 4-6 weeks after your last injection because deca and 19nors make recovery a bitch, next make pct 6 weeks long and buy some hcg for a better recovery

Do you take caber? At 600mg of deca you probably will need some.
I’ve never needed too and I’ve ran Deca at 500mg before I might drop it down to 500mg again just to be safe but I can get caber straight away pal
Bro. Your deca needs to be lower than the test. 600mg of test and deca is going to give you deca dicks. You need to keep your test 500 to 600 and maybe 300mg of deca (i would start here and increase if necessary.)
I would also suggest you use 30 mg of dbol everyday. Unless you have used Dbol, 30mg a day is an intermediate dosage.
But do not use the same dosage for deca and test. And 12 weeks of both compounds. It takes me roughly 5 weeks to start feeling/ seeing changes. So a 12 week cycle is good.
I would ask someone well versed on PCT if Nolva is enough.
to some people nand is androgenic enough to where they wont get deca dick but thats rare, to combat this people add a dht like proviron or mast. personally i would extend the cycle to 16 weeks because hes using deca
I’ve had a good few cycles with dbol pal. I normally have 500mg test n Deca a week and it’s been great my last cycle of this made me horny as fuck not a side to be seen. I only wanted to try a higher dose cause of the mg per ml. Pct wise I have everything to hand if need be mate. Thanks for the input
8 wks on that long deca ester isn't really giving it much time to work its magic. It takes a while for it to stack.You're only giving yourself a couple weeks thereafter to utilize it. Dosage seems high as well. Have you considered prolactin issues and how to manage them?

It’s 10weeks on the Deca, I’ve done 3 cycles before like this but not this high on the test n Deca it’s been 500mg a week for both never had prolactin sides at all but I can get hold of caber pretty much ASAP might drop it down to 500mg as I know the effects at that dose
Don't consider myself knowledgeable enough to comment on the cycle as a whole but there's a couple of things. First off 19nor's like deca are very supressive so 20mg of nolvadex for three weeks is a very meager pct you should probably expand on that a bit more. And 2 weeks after your last injection your system has not cleared out all exogenous hormones yet so it's really no use starting a pct when your hpta is still supressed.
Ive rebuilt it pal was ment to say 20mg x 2 a day of nolva and forget i had 2 extra weeks of the test then the deca. This any better?
Maybe add some clomid to pct
All I hear is bad things about clomid pal. I’ve used adex for control through the cycle if needed n always used nolvadex for pct with some test boosters
