-5 My Man Physiqe cycle - Advice is needed...

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Hi,
Been cycling for bulk a year and a half. Used all the good stuff... gained a lot...
Weight - 98 kg , end of bulk 117k. peak was 127 kg.
Height - 194 cm
BF - Started out 22%, end of bulk ~ 16 %.
Got injured with my left shoulder. Decided to take it easy with my heavy training and start to cut up.
I started out with some rest... let my shoulder recover a bit. lost some mass... than started out my cutting cycle.
I am trying to build up my cutting cycle to finish up more like a "Man physique" type of built.
Currently 8 weeks are done, and I can see good results, don't really mind than I am loosing mass as long as I am not getting to skinny.
I am looking for any good advice from the experienced , how can help me out now when it's getting harder.
My macros while bulking was :
Cal - 5000
Carb - 500
Fat - 100- 120
Eating clean, no cardio.

My diet macros these days:
cal - 2500-2800
carb - 140-180
fat - 90 - 110
cardio - post WO, about 50 minutes. walking and jogging.
My Cycle:
Test P 500 mg week (ED), Primo - 700mg week, Wini - 50 - 80 mg per day (tabs or ampules), masteron 400 mg (weeks 1-4) , bold 1200 mg week.
clen added from week 2, 120 mcg per day.
Tren Ace was added starting from week 6 - 400 mg week
Anavar - 50 -80 mg a day starting from week 4.
I am getting a bit confused regarding my carb intake.... I feel weak, and hungry most of the times, but still can manage training and cardio... my muscles are hard but get flaten out from time to time. been doing some carb loading every 10 days, but now I stopped it to one cheat meal a week.
I can continue this shredding cycle for about 7 weeks from now (than must get my shoulder fixed).
Might step out on the stage if my shape will get where I want to.

I'm just gonna have to agree with everyone else. Get your shoulder taken care of with proper rehab, re approach your training and diet in a better manner, and when you get on gear again, all you need is test for somebody with your physique. You do not need this retarded amount of drugs.

If you're having surgery get on pct now so you can still lift during pct. This cycle is a cluster fuck by the way. And by the look of ur nipples(no homo) you got some gyno to deal with lil buddy.

I agree with gearhead stop what your doing get some blood work then if your not fucked up come back and maybe just maybe you might get some advice on basic gear usage you dont even look like you have ever used gear before.... wtf

Bro, you need to stop the drugs now and get bloods done. You can continue to run the test into PCT but that's it. There is no point in running a bodybuilding competition prep cycle to cut. I'm making the assumption those pictures you submitted are current. You don't have the muscle base to do a hard cut in any case imaginable. I'm hoping you can take a good look in the mirror and get realistic. I don't doubt you have worked hard but the diet and cycle require a lot of work for you to get decent results and in all honesty I would close out the current cycle. I'm only advising this in your best interests bro. The results you have obtained so far are not consistent with the amount of hormones you are using and I think a fresh start after PCT with more planning is best.

I agree that I don't have enough mass for any competition. I started my cycle with plan to cycle for 35 weeks up until competing. the thing is that I got my shoulder injured and it messed up my mass cycle. it took me three times to bounce back from mass to recovery and back up until my doctor and me decided that a surgery is needed. so the first thing I did was to stop my mass cycle, cruis a bit on test and go with cutting down.

I will go with PCT next month... hoping to lose some more BF.

So you're off gear now for pretty much a year? Your recovery, even if you're lucky, is going to be ugly. Not really a great place to be when you're recovering from surgery.

I think you're shooting waaay over target with this. Quite low kcal for your weight and extreme amount of drugs. and really, winstrol AND anavar for 15 weeks? Don't like your liver huh?
Your cycle is wreckless, and you should really look into decreasing the number of drugs and mgs you put in...
What is your MCT protocol? Liver protect, estrogen control and so on?

For the diet part, I would go a bit higher kcal. If you don't function well on low carbs, just add more, and subtract some protein or fats. Have you followed this diet plan and cardio regimen from the start? Because I believe you would be better off starting slow, and decreasing kcal/adding cardio as you go, so that you have room to progress instead of crash dieting from the get go.

Well I actually do all right with the drags... it's all pharma grade and I do actually don't get the tiredness you usually get when the cycle get's heavy.
I started out wini from week 1... yes. I wanted to give a boost. started with pinning my biceps and triceps, but after three or four weeks it's started out to be heavy on my arms (I like to leave the oils to the other parts). I am cutting the vini with B12. When I stopped with pinning I started out with wini tabs...
I can say that when I was on the liquid form I felt great, and when moving to tabs - nothing changed. usually when I am using orals I get tired and too many sides, but with the wini it felt good... so I just kept going.
Anavar is very light drug... but I do feel it on the positive side.

Using Adex 2-3 mg a week. I am not sensitive ... only when on DBOL.

as for the calorie intake and carbs... I started out with 300 gr of carbs and got a nice response. than when my body started to adjust I started to lower it down... so currently I am on the low side yes.
Since it is the first time for me dieting with some mass on and using drugs... it's all different and confusing. but it's my first experience.

my cycle is heavy, I agree... but my body is kind of used to it and I got to this point after experimenting for a year and a half.

How did you figure you need all these drugs? Between the test, mast, tren, primo, winstrol, anavar and EQ (You mention EQ in the description) you're doing over 4 grams per week, not including the fatburners! That is extreme. Really.
Have you even tried dieting without being enhanced? Or at least tried dieting without this much or without fatburners?
That you're feeling good is great, but your insides might not agree with that postulate. I don't care that anavar is a "light drug" and that you feel good on the wini. Orals shouldn't be used for an extensive period of time, if you care about your health. Have you had bloodwork done to confirm your "good feeling"?

Hi,

Did take my blood work done, post finishing up my mass cycle using test tren deca and bold.
I got good results, only my red blood cells count was high.... and this is expected.

I did in the past many cutting cycles but it was when I was into road bike cycling and my body weight should have been lowered done to competition level. No drugs were used.

I am losing my mass and will continue to do so.... up until I will succeed to shed down as much fat as I can. my calorie defeat is way done, but I still get the hard look and enjoy it.
As I mentioned I will need to go with shoulder surgery next month (end of august) and this will put me away for a while. so that's why I am not so nervous about me loosing mass.
I will take the time for recovery, pct .... and would like to comeback with a different approach to bulking up. I tend to bulk up easily , but I am gaining a lot of fat. and my eating is clean all year. so I like to start over again with low BF and gain my mass clean and in control.
