-2 My first real cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

June 25, 2012 Ht: 6'2", Wt 250, bf 20%, Chest 46", Shoulders 56", Bi's 15.5" Waist 40", Stomach: 44", Thigh's 24", Calves: 17.5".
Goal to drop 7-8% bf and gain ten pounds of muscle.
Cycle 18 wks: 1-18 Test E 1000mgs per wk, Equipose 600mgs per wk. Wks 2-6 dBol 50mgs taken each am before W/O. (stuff keeps me up at night)
Diet 250g of protein per day. 50g of carbs. 75g of fat. 1 gal of water each day.
Alcohol on weekends only Vodka and Crystal Light. (Got to live a little and I take lots of Liver support)

hey bigjoe...I like your workouts and diet..but your FIRST CYCLE AT 53 years old needs some changes...at 53 years old...that is way too much test and eq..I would least go half that with test...steroids aren't a miracle if your 250 pounds with 20% bf your diet and workouts are wrong if you have 20% BF..you need more CARDIO in your workouts not more steroids!!! You DON'T even do cardio in your workouts?? That's a must! You seem to be big framed and loosing more body fat will actually make you look bigger...your gonna really hurt yourself with this much dosage at your age. Steroids are not the always the answer. Try to put a clean workout in and many of them..then do the minimum amount of (gear)...seems am not only one giving this advice! where hear to help you bro for advice or get better idea's! Some of us haven't gotten advice and learned the hard way and wasted time and money for nothing or our health.....good luck to you bro...

First...you're correct in believing you know your body. Reality is that your bloodpressure will skyrocket and you'll eithet stroke or flop. The dbol will raise your water with the high body fat causiing y edema. I surely hope you research for a healthier cycle and good luck. This is also NOT a cutting cycle...

After some reseach and of thought I am going to drop the eq as well and run teste only at 500mgs per week for the next 7 weeks. Try to cut off as much of this fat as possible by increasing my cardio to 45 minutes prior to w/o and eating 60/30/10 pro-carbs-fat about every 45 minutes.
That edema hurts. Oh well live and learn.

Your so right with that Edema started happening yesterday. Thank goodness I read this this am, I have bp meds to keep that down but that edema sucks. Dbol is done.

I am going to keep up with the test e, and eq at a lower dosage 600 and 300 per week and ride this thing out for another 7 weeks.

Brother I want to thank you for your input. However A) My plan is to lose 7 to 8% bf by the end of this cycle and get where you are. I did a fold test and it is not the most accurate so I might of been 17% at the start. B) My diet is great since I started this cycle and f d before (except not enough protein which I am increasing to 500gs per day per Vikings recommendation) and with the cardio I am doing before each w/o the bf is starting to peel off.
This is my first real cycle.
I did a small one in March for four weeks 500mgs of test c and 250 deca and a pct of three weeks of Nolva, it was cut short due to illness. The products were top notch and from one of the top 6 Sources here on eroids but due to my natural test levels being so low (per my Dr) to begin with the effects were minimal.
Funny thing is the crap I got from the Pharmacy (per my Dr trt) was way to expensive and watered down compaired to the Source I got here. These guys know there stuff.

After reading your comments (which I appreciate) I am going to increase my PCT dosage and duration. Also I have adex on hand so I can hang with it for an extra 2- 4 weeks.

My results after five weeks have been outstanding no more like mind blowing. Sides none from the dbol except body temp rising and my muscles blowing up like the goodyear blimp. My arms last measured 17.5" and are starting to fill up my xxl shirts, just like my chest and back.
My thighs glutes calves, wow.
I know some of that is water retention. Thank Goodness I drink a gallon of distilled water everyday. It just cleans out your pores and your body. Learned that from a top 3 Triathlete back in 1988.
I used to be pretty tiny in the past 225lbs 9% bf from training all natural (except a small 6 week run of Andriol crap) and my arms never passed 17". Training like I am now 6 days a week.
So some of these guys commenting although well intended do not know my body at all and where I have been and done in my Past.

i doubt cycling would be a good idea for you at all. DIET + EXERCISE.
that is all you need to focus on for the time being.

First cycle is test e/cyp for 12Weeks. .25adex and clomid/nolva for pct. Are you on trt?

is this a joke dude? first i dont see your age listed up there so idk how to comment on that, but for your first cycle should be just Test E or C ran for 10-12 weeks, nothing else. This way you can see how your body reacts to one compound. Also u have 20% body fat, something tells me your diets not in check. and your PCT is all screwed up... your first cycle should look like this

10-12 weeks TEST E/C

1-12 Test E/C 500mg a week split into 2 doses mon/thursday
PCT begins 2 weeks after last injection and looks like this

Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/100/20/20

Test is all you need to grow, no sense in adding all those other compounds in intil you know how your going to react to the test alone. I think you need to do a bit more research and get your diet in check, bad diet=bad cycle, plain and simple

I am 53. Have done a recent short cycle of four weeks because I became ill. It was test c 500mgs a wk, and deca 250mgs a week plus adsex for 6 weeks of the ten. But like I said it was cut short due to illness. My Dr tested my test levels prior to that cyle and they were way way down naturally. The injectable pharm test c was garbage and plain watered down poop. 1 cc per week of 250mgs did nothing at all.
The gear I got from one of the top 6 sources here on Eroids was bomb and at the first two shots I felt the effects but then disappeared. I still have it in storage.
My bf may have been lower due to lake of accuracy w/ fold test.
My goal is to lose 7-8% bf and gain ten plus in muscle.

So far I am blowing it up and having no sides. It is remarkable.
I am increasing the duration adsex to another 2 to 4 weeks. And am adding your Clomid and dosages rec on the PCT and extending it.

No Bro my diet is clean now in this cycle except I was not taking in enough Protein.
I think tuna 2 cans with mustard, and a handful of broccoli and cauliflower at each meal is pretty strong. That and a gallon of distilled water a day. . . What do you think?

I think your eating too little which then your body doesn't attack the fat. Since your 250lbs and you stated your not getting enough protein, 2 cans of tuna is not meeting the requirements as 1g per lb (your weight) seems to be the rule of thumb. While you may be scared of thinking your going to eat too many calories, 3-4 calories per gram of protein is ideal to keep your strength/muscle gains, while burning the extra fat. Find your daily calorie intake and subtract 500 calories= -1lb/week.

General Question: Someone who is 180lbs vs. 250lbs wouldnt take the same amount of mgs. So if he expects to be... 7%bf at week 18, (with 15.5" bi's tells he doesnt really lift much because i have 16" bis, 5'7", 160lbs.) But anyways, dbol + losing weight + 7%bf at week 18 and taking in the same amount of 1000mg Test e and 600mg of eq when he is however much weight he ends at, is that safe?

I think he should lose the bf% first, get some kind of cutting cycle other than dbol or entirely the cycle and wait.
I'm trying to learn as much as him....

I want to get down to 12 or 13% bf. In the not to distant past my arms were 17".
I have just f d off at the gym and haven't really tried since a long time ago.

My cardio routine on an empty stomach is peeling it off at twenty min a day. Pulse rate 120 bpm. Then off to the car for 56g of whey and back into the gymbo for my w/o.

Results so far are my arms are around 17.5" +, all the rest of my gang are blowing up like they have before. I am extending my adsex and pct.

"Do not get confused with the amount of MGs a certain guy takes just because he is heavier than the next guy... a lot of big guys will run low dose test just for libido reasons and tjack up the MGs on other compounds they are stacking with... sometimes to get the optimum result from a certain compound or for instance when running tren its stops both compounds fighting for receptor sites and also controls or even lowers any unwanted side effects..."

I was wrong. Here's a little input from great sources.

I am doing about twenty minutes a day of Cardio on a empty stomach then when finished out to the car for 56gs of protein and back into the weights.

I agree my pct is weak and so is the adsex so that is increasing durations.

My diet is killer for this cycle and my plan is to get to 13% bf not 7 or 8% that was a misread bro.

Plus I have worked out in my past (40's) to the tune of 225lbs and 9% bf for the EAS body for life contest in 1999. Took second in the 40 and over class. Should have gotten down to 5% but wtf. The guy that won was fat anyway and looked like poop compaired to me. EAS sucks.
