STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Whats going on guys. So im waiting on my blood work from my doctor (1st and last time), only got it because i was there for a check up . Now ive been contemplating running gear for about a year now been lifting for 3 , and ive finaly decided to take the plunge. ill be running sust 270 , 2cc a week (sunday/wensday) should last about 10wks or so. also have a.i on hand ,which i will be running because i have gyno from puberty and just growing on that hippy vegetarian soy food diet when i was younger. any imput would be appreciated ill try and upload a few pics of my physique.

According to your pic your right between 15-20%.

If I were you, I'd keep the suat for a later cycle, and get some test enth/cyp like chunky said. Your base is actually quite good. Also you'll want to extend it out to 12 weeks, so you have enough on time to grow appropriatly. Wait two weeks then pct.

I really appreciate your input I'll try and acquire some cyp . and also thnx I thought I was north of 20%bf lol. I'm aiming for a recomp mainly . will keep you guys posted thnx again .

No problem brother, we're all here to help. I'm gonna agree with makwa down below, recomps are hard, you might as well focus on a serious bulk or cut. It'll give greater returns in the end. Best of luck! +1 for taking advise. I can tell you how many stubborn people come through here refusing to listen.

hahaha , thnx, and honestly i look at this thing as life long (gym/dieting). best and most frustrating part about it is the trial and error aspect. so im going to try my hand at gaining size and loosing fat . if it works well for me yay if it doesnt , then onto a cut or bulk i go. haha. i know i wont attain the image i set for my self of what i would look like after one cycle, so i already have moderate expectations.

Lot of guys here have been there and tried that and learned the hard way that it is not very efficient. If you are going run a cycle why not get the maximum potential out of it. Just giving you a heads up and trying keep you from running what will likely be a lackluster cycle when it is all done and over.

You need food to build the mass and you have to reduce the food to cut the fat. Can't have it both ways.

Recomps are really tough to do effectively, especially in a 12 wk timeframe. You have to be really experienced with your training and especially at manipulating your diet. Usually what happens when someone tries a recomp is they will maybe add a little muscle (mostly glycogen and water) and lose a little fat. Basically they end up the same as what could have been accomplished naturally after it is all said and done. Best to either do a bulk and focus on putting on some serious lean body mass or doing a cut to knock off some serious fat. Given your current stats, I would cut down your bodyfat naturally to at least the low teens and then focus on putting on some serious muscle with a bulk. Starting with a lower BF will give you some wiggle room to gain some fat while bulking.

thats how re comps are for me naturally. i honestly never do a true cut. past 2 yrs i go from 200 end of spring all the way up to 220 by February. this year i was upto about 230 . i can never get below 200lbs because i love being able to lift alot of weight and it just becomes taxing dropping calories and ego that low. something i will have to work on.

If you are gyno prone better to pin sust EOD. You want stable hormone levels. It reduces likelihood of side effects and I find it drastically reduces mood swings. The propionate in the sust on has a 2 day Half life hence the need for EOD injections. If it were me I would save the sust and just purchase some test cyp or enan and pin twice a week.

Any no I will get my blood work done again just not at that doctor. She flat out asked me if I was on drugs , because I told her I haven't been feeling the same inside and out of the gym . she though I came off a cycle. But I was just really stressed for work . will have the bloods on wensday though.

Hey thanks for the response. I got sust because that's what my friend ordered said its good for 1st cyclers and I've read that as well. Also that's why I'm giving me self 3weeks before pct so that the test deconate can clear out . I had no idea about this site till I Google the bottle and the AI lol. But the past year I've focused on pure strength . my Tris his n traps slowed down there growth but I was please with my strength. Now I'm going back to BB. Also I have no idea on bf 15-20%? You tell me

Are you lifting for size or strength?
What's your bf?

For your first cycle, you wouldn't want to use sustanon. There isn't myriad of half lives to keep track of, and you've never experienced a single water yet. The first cycle is usually testostorone enanthate or cypionate at 500mg/wk. establish how you react to one half life, then you can start trying others.

Lastly, do you not plan on getting bloodowrk done again? You said "first and last time". I hope you get your bloods done.
