STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

I am a 30 year old male. I am 5'10 " 194lbs low Body fat but not great. I am currently bulking but slowly so i do not injure myself. I started bodybuilding when i was 15 and got serisous about 5 years ago until i got ill this past year. I decided not to do what the doctors told me (gut instinct) and i have thus avoided 3 surgeries in which my last ct scan said i no longer needed ;) Needles to say i was 163 lbs 6 weeks ago and could not eat.

So in turn i self prescribed my self test e at 500 mg a week e3d. Aromisin AI and cycle support to help the sides stay minimal or next to non existent.

I have my log started on another forum i will copy and paste each part and post so you can see where i started from and what random things i do to grow.

Impressive progress hahajijo, glad to see you've got your appetite back and making great leaps and bounds back to health. Grateful for that.

Appreciate you sharing your Cycle log. Any plans for Post Cycle Therapy in place. I know you mentioned you've got your log in another forum so apologies ahead of time if it's something you've already covered there. Interested in hearing what you find to be working, since it's clear to see you're making some great headway.

today i look much fuller than normal, skin looks paper thin and like im made of smooth lean mass lol. Oily skin (yup), acne on back (yup) estrogen (yup start aromisin saturday), aggression is way up, moods are good when they are good but when someone pisses me off ....... i snap and have to bite my tongue and calm myself lol. I feel like a God walking around at work my boss even said "shit your arms have doubled in size and your face and shoulders too" . I love it. New pictures next week, then every 4 weeks ill post another.

As far as gear goes, I love it. The quality is close if not even with alin and i have used so many sponsors all legit. So when i get a fake from a friend or family (brother) i can tell it is shitty asap. 4 weeks in and no gains etc etc. This is good shit

Now i have a weak i mean weak chest and i am scared to ever push it from an old surgery repair. But being 30 years old and not caring about light boring weight i upped my dumbell presses up and flyes, so next week i only imagine the recovery will have me at even heavier weight but i wont go up. I do not want to tare anything and that is what happens when i up weight and its not necessary for optimal results. (powerlifting is not = bodybuilding) so i dgaf if i go heavy but i will up chest lifts. lol

I was not much stronger yet which is not usually noticeable on chest until week two for me anyway.

My pump was pretty good today as well and very veiny

Today was just wrestling drills so i got a full body workout and cardio all in one for three hours. I threw up three minutes into the first sprint session of the night. Diiiiiddd not stop me i had a surge of adrenaline come over me and i felt like a bad mofo.
I definitely was stronger. Not much but enough for me to nice i was throwing our 215 behemoth team captain over my hips over and over.
I look fuller. Feel like nailing every piece of tail i walk by. Way better moods lately even when at work lol.
eating non stop and cannot nourish my appetite

i did my first weigh in today and first picture as well as my first lifts! No i have not pinned yet, but i still want to put my lifts in here before hand so when they increase everyone can see. (now please do not go bashing me on my lifts keep in mind i have cancer and i am trying my own methods to beat it) I will win!
