My starting weight was 185 and I'm 5'9 with body fat at 12%. I was looking to put on lean mass while cutting bodyfat down to 7-9%.
After running this cycle I definitely achieved my goals. I finished at a solid 197 while cutting bodyfat down to 8.1%.
For my diet I did an anabolic fasting variation making sure I hit all my macros. I also threw in some low carb cycling at the end to help lean out even more.
All gear used was from crazydoser.com and I was extremely happy with the quality.

Again all gear used was through crazydoser.com. Everything was quick and discreet and quality second to none. Had serious drive and strength gains with all expected sides and shutdown. Obviously based on the comments I'm assuming should have been arranged a little differently. Despite having it laid out wrong the results and gains were great. But if I could have achieved even more out of it that's definitely good to know for future runs.

Trying to make sense of this. Maybe it's because I'm mobile but this looks all jumbled. So, from what I can see, cyp and tren E were ran first then switched to prop and ace. Am I reading that right? If so, that is bizarre.

Kind of a strange cycle. What is your reasoning behind the compounds? Would help if you could provide a little more background. Stats, training, diet, goal.

Given the one I ran how or what would you have suggested me running to maximize results. Like I said it definitely produced some great gains and leaned out. I eat extremely clean and I do cardio or incorporate cardio into workouts. Im always open to learn anything I can to improve my supplementation.
I listed type of diet and goals in log. As far as training goes I did 8 weeks of athlean x inferno shred workout but added in extra heavy weight training lifts on 4 days of the week as well as whatever was scheduled for training on his plan. Nothing crazy on the diet. During my eating windows on the anobolic fasting windows I kept it really clean with high protein intake and carb to min. Only time I ever broke the windows of the fasting was to consume pre and post workout protein shakes if I happen to workout during fasting hours. It didn't seem to effect the results and actually based on my numbers may have helped. There is no science behind the way I combined stuff. I just used what I know has worked for me in the past but this time trying out some different lines of gear. Overall I really was happy with the results and everything I tried out. Only thing I would have like to have done was extend it out another 4 weeks and added some Var but so to loss of a couple family members had to stop it when I did.
