lean bulking cycle any advice appreciated

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
42 years old 5-10 200lbs started working out in my late twenties
1st cycle-10 weeks of test e @500mg/week
2nd cycle 10 weeks of test e @500mg & deca @250mg/week 25mg/day dbol weeks 1-4
This will be my third and hopefully my most productive. Didn't do enough research on the other two diet and pct were definitely lagging. Been a few years since last cycle.

Third cycle....lean bulk? Been few years since last cycle....that'd key info. Since its been a few years you need to know FOOD designs all. Food gives you bulk or lean.
1-4 prop 100 eod
1-12 test e
13-14 prop 100eod
Two days after last prop shot start pct. Not giving you a stack since you've been off for some time and first two cycles weren't done correctly.
Ai will be aromasin at 12.5daily when estro pops up. With prop kicker week 2-3.
Pct for 4 Weeks:
Clomid 100...100...50...50
Nolva 40...40...20...20
Foods should be ample servings of fish/chicken/lean beef. Veggies. Whey powder. No carbs after two pm. 20mins on bike after hard lifting session.
if its your third and looking for a lean bulk, why dont you make it a longer (18-20 weeks) test + EQ cycle, with prop kicker for the first 4 weeks...
1-18 :test E (300mg/week) (lean bulk)
1-16 EQ (600mg/week)
1-4 prop 100 mg EOD....
I am startting a LEAN bulk cycle this late fall/winter. ...here is mine
1-4 test P 100mg EOD
1-16 test E 300mg week
1-16 EQ 600 mg week
15-20 test P 100 mg EOD
15-20 anavar 50 mg ED
your PCT should include Clomid too, 100/100/50/50 and Nolva 40/40/20/20.. PCT starts 15 days after last E shot or 3 days after last prop shot...

Be careful when posting that type of cycle. Low test high eq is typically an advanced cycle because its a precontest style cutter. Low test won't give as much bulk as a standard test/eq cycle and then OP is upset. Low test yields great results for lil weight gain...I've done it...i like it. But im also 5-4 & 200 lbs so pure clean muscle is different than a tall guy wanting 215-220.

19-20 prop 100eod......pct follows two days after last prop shot
Same ai and pct as i listed. Aromasin preferred because no estro rebound but adex does have long track records.
1jakd_hipyYou're right on point brother, except you forgot the AI. So lets add in Adex at .25mg EOD (this you'll kind of have to play with to see what works for you. Also, maybe add Var for the last 6 weeks if you have the money
LOL yea i take AI for granted thats why I forgot about it. but you're right!
