STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
This will be my first experience with steroids but I am expecting a few things to happen
1.It is my expectation for this cycle to provide me with a much higher recovery rate ,this will allow me to complete a very tough workout regime.
2 .Physically my job will become a lot more difficult over the next few months so the additional recovery should help their too.
My Prior experience with steroids is nil I either lift or cardio 6 x per week in support of playing rugby
my goal is to return to the same level of fitness I had as a young guy
I will update my stats in a week (Currently taking exams for a work qual)

Hi mate,
I can't stress enough how important it is to have all your pct together FIRST! before you even tuch steroids and also your Ai (arimadex) ect... you probably won't need any with this cycle but be aware that on your 2nd cycle if you use more test then you probably will need an ai.

Definitely gotta bump up the dose of the test...at least 500mg per week. The only thing you're gonna accomplish at 250mg per week is just barely keeping your normal levels of test going and probably gettin stomped out on the pitch cause you're not gaining any size! lol
Hi mate that's not true at all.
He could easily reap the benefits of this cycle with a good diet and training. My first ever cycle was 300mg test prop a week for 12 weeks and I watched my body change before my eyes. You don't NEED silly amounts of test to have a good cycle it does nothing more than bring unwanted and avoidable side effects.
Complete horse shit man. 250mg/wk can put a person at over twice physiological levels. If you can't make gains off of that it's time to look at training or nutrition.
Hey man listen to Rusty , your goal , your state , body fat , how long you training , prior cycles ( I think this is first for you )other wise you will not get help , as I see from your post you need help really.

Also need clomid with PCT not just nolva. Run clomid/nolva for the 4 weeks like darkhorse said.
Listen to catalyst also 250mg is basically trt ..it would be close to natural production 500mg would be better plan for 10 weeks than 4 week pct
Your stats are incomplete, BF%? PCT inadequate, also suggest the cycle is too long for a first run.
Your avatar pic, if that's you I'd suggest you change it for something that doesn't advertise your identity.
I will get a skin calliper test next week so I can provide those details
What adjustments would you suggest to the PCT and cycle?
