+ 2 Injury Rehab - SARMS, Alflutop, TB 500 and BPC 157

ad
STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

So I am starting this log for those with nagging injuries both joint and soft tissue. I have lingered here for a while and found it a good source of info so I figured I should really give something back as I haven't found another log like the one I am planning.
Me, 40 years old and been training seriously the best part of 15 years before that I was into endurance sports and the martial arts. Have been pretty hard on my body and it has really started to show up the last 10 years or so.
Currently 99kgs 13 % body fat at 186cm. Have done about 6 cycles in the past 5 years or so and have also used igf 1 and alflutop for injuries.
Current problems: medial elbow tendinitis which has been off and on for a year or so.
Cartilage damage in right knee, this started about 5 years ago and I ended up having a scope done on it. Doc said there was about 50% cartilage left which was normal for someone of my background. Hurt again a few weeks ago (whilst cleaning of all things!) and it was the same issue as 5 years back. Heavy limp, unable to stand on the leg, sharp stabbing pain in the joint, couldn't sleep with my leg straight etc etc. All the same issues I had in the past. 2 weeks on it is much better and I can walk without a limp but any rotational movement about the joint (skiing for example) brings a lot of pain and it still feels quite unstable.
So I have decided to go ahead with this cycle of various compounds.
Mk 677 25ml daily for 3 months
Ostarine 15ml daily for 2 months
Alflutop 1 vial daily for 30 days injected IM.
Tb 500 2.5mg twice a week for 4 weeks and most likely a maintenance dose of 5mg a month after that injected IM.
Bpc 157 200mcg daily for 25days and possibly 25 more depending on how it goes injected subq at the joint line of the bad knee.
I am hoping for a synergistic effect of these compounds combined which will I hope contribute to some repair of my damaged tissues. Fingers crossed!
This is my first week and I will not be lifting this week just to give myself a rest and let the chemicals take hold!

Hi all,
So this is the end of the second week so time for an update.
based on others comments i upped the TB to 2.5mg 3 times a week, increased the Ostarine to 30ml daily and increased the BPC to 400mcg - 2 shots - one at the knee joint line and the other at the elbow.
I originally was going sub q at the elbow and as it is nigh on impossible in less you have 3 hands to pinch the skin i used a clothes peg to pinch the skin! It worked really well so maybe handy little tip for other bros.
After a few of those i thought why not try to put it right into the tendon area!!
Specifically the common flexor tendon. So with being careful as there is the ulnar nerve and also i had 2 veins in that area i went ahead and had a stab - speaking literally!
I have done that twice now and so far so good.
As to my progress the knee is feeling so much better, the pain is down significantly and i actually trained legs (lightly) this past week with no adverse effects.
The elbow pain has also subsided, it is still there with certain movements but is definitely getting better.
As for the effect of the sarms well i sleep like a log anyway but i think with the MK i am in a whole other realm. It feels super deep and i know i am having dreams but they always seem so distant i can never remember any of them.
My strength is definitely up, nothing huge but a noticeable increase, especially since i took a week off as my strength always drops with time off.
Without changing my diet at all (maintenance) the scale has jumped 2 kilos which i assume is the reported water retention others talk about.
So on the whole things are moving in the right direction Smile
I have ordered more BPC, TB and Ostarine and will continue with the current protocol and will post another update in a few days.
Any questions or comments please feel free.

Hey JintoBold, thanks a lot for your input. Yes i planned to keep the doses light just to see what my initial response would be (headaches, nausea, hunger etc etc) especially with the sarms. I have no problem with increasing the doses and will look at doing this in the second week. I will definitely start to double dose the BPC as that seems like a good idea and also the tb during the maintenance phase.
As for my initial level of hormones it's funny you mention it as i just had bloody work down last week and should get the results at the end of next week. I didn't get igf 1 tested this time but the last time I had it done I was below the normal range and that was 10 years ago before and cycling.
The panel I just had done includes total test, free test, estradiol, fsh, lh and the usual blood and liver values. Again the last thorough test was 10 years ago and my test was the lower side of normal at 470.
I do have trouble keeping most of my gains long term and I reckon it's due to my natural test levels being too low to maintain them naturally hence the recent bloods for confirmation.
Can you tell me what injuries you have had in the past and how the above helped with their recovery. Much appreciated for your input:)
