I'm doing 1 iu a day for 5-6 monthes for an anti aging program. May bump up to 1.5 at some point.
That photo was my first order..second order along with the first order are in the other gear photo totalling 216 iu.
Richard.SimmonsGreat starting point. Gh works wonders on women. I would even bump it up to 2-3iu's once you get rolling.
