STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
Im here to learn if you guys could give some feed back. I want to run this for 18 weeks. I've done a smaller one similar to this and it was pretty good but I'm guessing if I change things it would be better.

It's amazing to me how many people on here just happened to all be 25 years old. My advice to you it lift heavy and eat big. No gear!
Dude you don't need to go anywhere near Tren with your stats. Or AAS for that matter. Your diet needs work, lots of work... Plug your stats into the Henry bendel equation and calculate your caloric and macro needs, and post them back here. We will help you adjust your intake to match your requirements.
bigmurphFirst things first you said you did a cycle prior to this how long ago and what was it.
Your plans are way off you definitely don't want to run for 18wks and you should stick with just a test cycle
1-10 test e or c 500mgs or less
Arimidex on hand in case of estrogen issues would be taken
Wk12 start pct
Clomid / nolva
Wks1-2 100/40
Wk 3-4 50/20

Take your pics down you cant post face pics also even if your 25 which i dont believe your not ready for aas. Food and weights are your best friend

First one was during first cycle and second one is now. i just updated it so you can see it
bigmurphI don't know if you are really 25 but the advice I can give you is put up your bf and tell us about your diet and exercise program. Then I can help but the one thing I can tell you to start is drop the tren and the oral. At your age you will only need to run test.
If you add more info I will help you and don't run 18wks.
3 whole eggs couple toasts and glass of oj every morning, before lunch i eat sweet potato and couple fruits, lunch mashed potatoes 2 chicken breasts and asparagus, between lunch and dinner a cup of white rice, dinner just protein most of the time red meat. and a gallon of water throughout the day.
all my exercises i do 5-6 sets of 7-10 reps.
chest with back
shoulders and arms
compound movement
and one day of explosive movement with forearms and calves
and body fat currently at 14%
I know seniors that eat more than that. PED's will not compensate your lack of nutrition to make gains.
