STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

I started this cycle in the middle of July. Due to some unforseen circumstances and a change in "tags" my old cycle log was scraped. I don't even have any pics to post at the moment although I'm certain that I can fix that shortly.
I started the cycle running the prop at 25mg and ended up bumping it up to 50mg e3d. 25mg just didn't seem right. I ran an ai while on the NPP, as I always seem to carry quite a bit of water weight using deca. It worked rather well and my hands and feet didn't look super huge, even though I still carried some water weight. I switched it up to anavar just to keep my system from adapting to the cycle and so far my strength continues to increase. I feel really strong in the gym.
I started this cycle at about 212lbs 18% bf and looking to continue to pack on the muscle. A good indicator for me is strength so this cycle my bench press is going to dictate success or failure. I am aiming for two plates for reps not as a one rep max. I'm pretty sure I can already do that or am very close.

I d rather list my diet than try to stick it in the table.. I know I m lazy.. I don't generally count calories either.

three meals are comprised of protein shake/meal replacement. Oats, ON whey protein isolate, almond butter, blue berries, strawberries, (cytogainer) milk/water, spinnach, brocoli ...mmmm tasty

the other two or three meals are comprised of fish,chicken, or lean beef, cruciferous vegetables, long grain rice, cooked in sesame oil or coconut oil

LOL...I hear ya, for all the shit I preach, alotta the time I don't count calories OR macros, but I've been doing the diet thing for so long..it's just inherent in me, I know what I am getting, and I just wing-it...eating the same food(s) here and there every day throughout the week and things become a breeze. Pretty much all I do is cut my carbs here and there throughout the week...carb-cycling!!

I m pretty safe, I don't preach calorie counting although if people ask I do tell them 40/40/20. I listen to what my body is telling me and adjust accordingly ;-)

I used to but from all the anecdotal evidence I can find it doesn't seem to work the same way for women as far as helping us utilize test. if you've got some info I d sure like to have a look at it.. next go round I'm throwing in peptides and what else I don't know..lol.. I m entering the ebc ;-)
