STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

So I have been out for along time. Tore a trap muscle. Recovered improperly. Too much drinking, to much work. Overall a shitty lifestyles.
Decided it’s time to get back in the gym. Been getting it for almost a year again natty. Feeling good. Ready to take the next step.
Gonna run 400 mg or cypionate weekly and 600 mg equipoise weekly.
Will run for 18 weeks.
3 weeks after last injection will do twice weekly doses of hcg. For two weeks. Four weeks after last injection. 100 mg clomed daily for 15 days 50 mg for 15 days.
Been a long times. Has anything changed? Open to advice. Or does the same protocol work?
I am 40 years old 225 lbs. was 245 when got back to lifting.
My goal is a solid 210-215. Increase vascularity, and strength always a plus.

I’m confused bro.. how long have you actually been back to the gym and lifting “natty?” First post says six month this post is two months later and now a year?

Besides the first post says you been out of the gear for three years and the title of this post says five...

The first pic looks like you’re in full cycle..

Am I missing something???
