+ 1 First cycle: Test only

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

I'm 26 years old, 5'9, 180, 10%bf. Been lifting consistently via trial & error for 10 years. Eating to lift for 5 years & strictly clean dieting for the last 3. Lift 3-5 days a week depending on the programming i'm following & recovery needed. (3 days/wk natty works the best for me with high intensity & lower volume.) My goal is to be around 190lbs with this leanness or maybe a bit more...in the end(after PCT). I really want to experience test, the effects on my body & mind. I've done my research for years & put this off as long as I could.

I just wanted to see if you guys have any advice. Just trying to do my due diligence. Also, I was planning to do this for 16 weeks & want to know how you guys feel. I see a lot doing it for 12. I guess my thought process was that it would take 4-6 weeks for the enan to kick in anyway, I wanted to have a decent amount of time on. I could be off base tho...what do you guys think?

I'd give yourself at least 2 weeks, preferably 3 weeks after your last pin before starting your PCT.

Don't forget to get bloods done pre, mid and post cycle. labsmd.com female hormone panel should work for you.

Some guys can get away with no ARO, I need 4mg a day myself.
be ready to adjust as needed. Read up on sides from high and low estro, so you no whats what.

I'd only run it for 12 weeks being your first cycle. Aromasin should be run at 12.5mg 3.5 is way to low run it 12.5mg then two weeks into your pct drop it to 6.25mg for the remaining two weeks of pct

Your aro dose is very low so keep an eye out for high estrogen sides and increase as needed. Mid cycle bloods are very important if you can get them. Your BF is low to begin with so you might be ok with what you have planned but don't be afraid to adapt as needed!

How are you going to set up your diet? You'll likely gain 10lbs easily just to due to increased glycogen retention due to the AAS but that will dissappear after the cycle is done. You will need to eat to build some actual lean body mass that will be retainable after PCT. You can't be afraid to eat if you want to maximize your lean tissue gains which WILL be retainable after the cycle. Lifting 3 days/wk isn't going to cut it either. Take advantage of the increased recovery ability you will have and put it to good use. Four days out of the week I am lifting 2x/d so my total weekly workouts are around 10-11 workouts/wk. This wouldn't be possible either if I wasn't consuming a ton of food to keep in a positive nitrogen balance and provide the body the nutrients it needs to repair. So really your success on this cycle is going to boil down to your training intensity and matching your diet up to that.
