rocketballzYour first cycle is by and large the best one you will ever have so try and get pumped up rather than "I'll never be the same". That's actually not true. You will feel like a demi-god and you will get bigger, for sure. 600mgs is a bit high to start but not crazy. 400-500 mgs test e or c/wk is the typical starting dosage for most guys around here. If you want to make sure you're NOT "Never the same" post PCT do yourself a favor and go 100% pharma for pct meds. No research chems or peptide companies bro. The most important thing I just suggested is that. Good luck, and try aro over adex.
Got a pic you can put up? Drop that cardio and increase the weight training if you are trying to bulk. Going to need to up those cals also.
first what is your cycle history ? second what it means mid-thirties?
you are useing long ester and this mean you will start see it after 5 or 6 weeks on your body , you should do it 12 minimum for long ester to enjoy it , and AI if you are using adex to go with it through the pct if you use arom you can no problem .and from your cycle log i guess this is the first cycle for you (just my feelings )
and no need to start AI from first week , see how is your body will react to the test . hcg could be a bit later week 4 or 5 until 2 days before the pct .

About Adex to extended till pct . If you use aro you can use it throughout the pct but Adex no . And wait until you see sign of high estro to use it . Not take something you don't need .
