+ 2 First Cycle - Test E
Background - 30 years old, 6'0, 195 lbs, 10 years lifting experience. Previously done two pro-horomone cycles (DMZ 2.0/M-Sten), and 3 kits HGH. Hard gainer, usually 175, but with high macro intake, I was able to get up to 188. DMZ got me past the 190lb mark (up to 200) with great gains, and definition - hoping for similar with this cycle. I've been maintaining weight through dieting, and the three kits of HGH about a year ago helped add density but not size.
Just took a month off while I completed this move overseas - allowing my body to recover, but I also lost a lot of size and definition, so my pre-cycle pic is garbage. I was going to stack deca but after reading a lot of other cycle logs, and the helpful comments, it made more sense to stick with a test only cycle.
Planning a Monday/Thursday injection schedule of 250mg each. I have adex on standby until the 4th week, where I'll start .25mg twice a week and adjust as necessary. I plan to continue adex over the two week gap between my last pin and the start of PCT (through week 14). As a PCT I have nolva and clomid that I'll do the, what seems to be standard, 100/100/50/50 clomid; 40/40/20/20 nolva.
I decided against HCG after sifting through all the contradicting opinions and reasoned that the risks out weighed the benefits.
I'm very open and appreciative to comments and suggestions as I am still learning and eager to do so. I will say, it'll be difficult for me to add anything to this cycle as I just moved to the UAE and I'm not confident about getting anything sent here - if however, anyone has experience with supplementing in the UAE - Dubai specifically, please let me know.
Clarification - I included a "week 0" 250mg injection because the math just worked out with test 250 and 5 sachets of 5ml giving me an extra 250, which just worked out, so it'll act as a titrated dose.

Your pic today is a good base. Are your stats current? What have you eaten so far? Do you have a pre-planned daily calorie/macros intake? What's your lifting regimen?
Titsonmyman69Well brother I'll say that you're cycle layout looks pretty good in my opinion.
But please don't take this the wrong way. By the looks of it you could really pack on a lot more natural muscle before turning to a AAS. At your height and given the weight you are at you should work on eating lifting and sleeping as hard as you can. "Hard gainer" usually equals " not doing something right."
You have 6 inches on me in height and weigh about the same. And even I don't like starting a cycle at that weight. Let alone somebody six inches taller than me.
Not trying to bash you brother. But a lot of people give in too easy to taking the easier AAS route before reaching their natural limits. I think that is what you are doing here. Just my opinion. Don't get me wrong you got a great Foundation. And I did read all of your post and I realize you said this is not the greatest of pictures. But I believe a lot of people would agree with me here. Whichever route you choose good luck. Your cycle layout looks very good.
