-2 FIRST CYCLE EXPERIENCE: Before + After pictures!

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Training since I'm 15 years old. I decided to jump on the gear after 6 years of which 3 years I did research on anabolics. I read william's anabolic book completely along with Chris Aceto's championship bodybuilding
Before stats: 21 yo - 1m81 - 88kg - around 16% bf
After 12 weeks: 97 kg - 14% bf (my goal was not to cut, just pack on mass and get a little leaner)

As I speak now, 6 months after my first cycle I am at 93 kg. I'm planning to do my second cycle on my 22nd birthday. (almost)

My diet goal was mainly packing on lean muscle mass, which I did. I had no side effects through the complete cycle. My strength went up on ever exercise, had a bloaty water face but was because of the test and ofcourse the higher carb intake. Horny as hell all the time. untill im not 25 yo, I will only do one 12-week cycle per year.

training was like this:
Monday: AM: hammies PM: quads
Tuesday: AM: triceps, side laterals PM: Chest thickness
Wednesday: AM: Biceps, rear delts, PM: Back thickness
Thu: OFF (Stretching and mobility work)
Friday: Lacking muscle parts
Saturday: CHEST/BACK (main focus on width -> flyes, wider grip exercises, and for back i did alot of lat work., pull-ups, pulldowns,...
Sunday: OFF (Stretching and mobility work)

& REPEAT, Ofc. i did switch things up every now and then. but like this it was mainly.

Cardio: 2x per week 25 min stairs post-workout

Food: 4200 kcal approx. my dad (nutritionist) swtiched things up every now and then. sometimes it was 3900, other days 4400,.. on rest days I lowered huge amount of the carbs. went a few times on keto during rest days.
1 cheat meal every 14 days (12 dunkin donuts, lol) I also ate 1 muffin before every workout. Christ Aceto's muffin pump is way to go, ha.

Fistly you shouldnt posted this cycle because no one in this forum will go against the rules. They keep telling the same shit in every post. I dont give advice to people under 25..so why you posted a cycle ? It seems that you want attention and people to admire you.
Second your physic looks poor for a cycle.... I am about your age and weight more than you without cycling. Before getting injury ( last year I was 110 kg natural) and the buddy who's training with me ( 20 years old) 120kg natural 16-17 bodyfat. The other quys are telling you the truth. Makaw is right and everyone is right..the truth is that your just another regular quy in the gym. I am not hating or anything.. but I saw people like you all the time. You've been training for 2 years and jump into steroids...and please do not tell me that you was training from your fifteens because this is a big bullshit and not correct. DO not count these years because at this age your knowlege and your training style is 0...basically you wasted your time
My opinion is that you rushed into this game very quickly without proper knowledge to retain any muscle mass from cycles, 90% with poor diet and without realising the consequences of all these. When you inject steroids, then you take your endocrinology system in your hands. I want to see if something goes wrong how you will find the money the pay endocrinologist and all these bullshit at 20 years old..probably at uni like me...except if your another rich teenager

I think the hard work this young man has clearly put in is kind of overriding that unwritten rule. If he looked like shit and wasn't treating what he's doing with respect, this thread would look a lot different. Most of us won't admit it in the open but I will: there's a big difference with how young, hard working future IFBB hopefuls are treated and how skinnyfat kids who want to "tone up" for the summer are treated. A holistic approach in how we deal with young members is much better than simply judging them by age and age alone. That's just one part of it, but without context, it's pretty meaningless.

If anyone negs me for this comment, please let me know with your own comment that you did it and I'll +1 you as a thank you for the transparency. Hopefully we can mutually appreciate each other's honesty here.

I wont neg you, but would say... nothing can over-ride and make us look positively and co-sign someone who is potentially giving him/herself brain damage. This youngfella hasn't finished brain development yet and is rocking in there and telling his brain to switch off production of one of the most important hormones in his body, possibly doing irreversible damage to his HPG axis and with other compounds may be affecting his frontal lobe which controls decisions around risk and behaviour. We could be co-signing a future no-testicle manboobed asshole that makes bad decisions everyday!!!!

There is a young man of 18 in my gym that over the last two years has dropped 100lbs , dealt with having to wait for his skin to retighten up to get shredded and now is putting on some excellent size. All with work and diet. This kid is just lazy.

No its not.

Every kid who spends some time in the gym wants to be an IFBB pro. I see nothing here that impresses me in that regard. Yeah the kid is not some skinny-fat 150 pounder but I see nothing in the pic other than a kid who has put some time in the gym. Looks completely natural to me and has a lot more natty potential ahead of him. Looks completely normal to me and not someone who has a ran a cycle or is even at the stage yet where a cycle would be warranted.
Anymore talk about cycling from him and I wouldn't be surpised if he is banned soon.

They were like this bc in this area you have the most androgen receptors so you'll see an impact there faster. Nevertheless this is not an excuse to not train them properly just bc they look big when on Test. Try that but I think once a week is enough just go really high volume and lots of different movements

How do you know what "perfect" feels like when on a cycle if this was your first.
