First cycle advice

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Stats:
Age:25 Weight:165lbs BF:7/8%(Just finished cutting) Height: 5"8 Training time: 4 Years

Just looking for some advice on this cycle and training/nutrition. I have been reseaching for the past year and I am not looking to start it until the end of the year so got a little bit more time to iron out any kinks.
Nutrition: IIFYM/flexible dieting, 4000kcal 500c/300p/90f. I currently bulk at 3500kcal (very active job), would the extra 500 per day be beneficial?
Training: Ive been running this routine just over a year now, saw good gains in strength and kept most of the strength after a 12 week cut. Dont want to get into a discussion about my routine just want to know if its got an optimum amount of volume and frequency. Usually do the routine push1/pull1/rest/legs1/rest/push2/pull2/rest/legs2/rest/repeat but I will be changing it to push1/pull1/legs1/rest/push2/pull2/legs2/rest/repeat. I have the option to change it to P1/P1/L1/P2/P2/L2/R, if its better that it falls in line with a week.

Push1: 10 sets chest (bench, incline bench, flyes), 8 sets shoulders (Military press and lateral raises), 6 sets triceps
Pull1: 10 sets back (BB row, pullups, cable row), 2 sets rear delts, 2 sets traps, 6 sets biceps
Legs1: 12 sets legs (Squats, Leg Press, Leg Extension, Leg Curl) 10 sets Calves, 8 Sets Abs
Push2: 10 sets chest (incline bench, chest dips, cable flyes) 8 sets shoulders (Seated DB press and cable lateral raises) 6 sets triceps
Pull2: 4 sets deadlifts, 10 Sets Back (Lat pulldown, DB Row, cable row) 2 sets rear delts, 2 sets traps, 6 sets biceps.
Legs2: 12 sets legs (hack squat, lunges, leg extensions, leg curl) 10 sets calves, 8 sets abs

I know im probably jumping the gun a little bit but im guessing only by a year or so. I started out around 135/140lbs so ive gained a good 30lbs, its just seemed to slow down drastically this year. Ive planned to start at the end of the year so ive got another 6 months to see if im still not happy with my progress. By all means, if i am happy then ill delay my first cycle but i will be doing it at some point in the future. Thanks for your advice on the AI, i will take that into consideration. What is your opinion on HCG? I know its not essential but is it beneficial, or should I have it on hand for use if i experience any testicular atrophy?

Not trying to be a dick but 165Lbs is a lil small to be starting a cycle. You should eat like a horse for a while and try to pack on just a lil more weight naturally first. Again not trying to be a dick just letting you know you still have room for some natural gains first. And when you do put a bit more weight on to run this cycle I dont think cycle looks too bad. Your AI says .5 eod but if it is your 1st cycle you dont know how gyno prone you are so dont start taking AI until you get sides like itchy nips and nips sore to touch. Plus when you start AI I would start with e3d first and see if you need to up it to eod. You dont want to wipe your estro completely out and when you do whipe it out your joint will hurt like hell in the gym. Like I said cycle dosnt look too off but wait until you make a lil more natural gains
