It's better to be safe then sorry. It's good to keep estrogen in check. Considering it's your first cycle you learn as you go. We can only recommend or suggest what has worked for us. Test cyp due to long esters will take 3-4 weeks to kick In. You are doing the right then by asking questions and getting input before you start your cycle. Depending on quality of your gear you should blow up along with a good diet. Remember you need to eat to grow. When I was bulking I did 5000+ calories a day. I couldn't move after each meal but I loved the mass I was putting on.

Any one have a link or input on why I should start Ai with out symptoms I get alot of mixed opinions on it when I research it. I already have it on hand in case and plan on going week 3. Just trying to learn.

Yea I just started casein think I should drop the zma I like the zma helping me to sleep but casein might be more beneficial?

Hey bud in the grand scheme of things this might mean bugger all to you. But if your taking the zma and casein together, the calcium in it will interfere with the absorption of the ZMA to pretty much fuck all.

I'm still researching for my first cycle so take that with a pinch of salt but just seems like a waste of money and Supps. Good luck.

Sorry not on diet and lifting for few years always had really physical jobs. Lifting weights 5 days week

Ok I was confused because in your write up you said you were on a diet.

The issues with this setup are that your AI will probably need to be introduced in week 3 or 4 because by then your estrogen will be high and your pct should really be a week longer. I'd run the first week twice and then go with week 3 and 4 as planned.

There are a number of things wrong with this cycle but before we get into that please elaborate on your training history. You said you were on a diet so was your training mostly cardio or have you been lifting weights?

That's 5 meals and two shakes and I'd like to bulk yes id like to be around 4k cals but open to advice and eating strictly clean. Also eat few yougurts toast and fruits with meals. Thanks for any input ill try and get pic up soon.

That diet seems pretty light. Is that what you were planning on to bulk with? What are the total cals and macros you are aiming for while on cycle?
