Im new to this scene and all advice is welcomed. My goals are to tone up and add some muscle mass. Ive been hitting the gym hard since Dec. 2014. Ive continually tweeked my diet from watching carbs and calorie intake. Im 6'1'' and 195 lbs not to concerned with my actual weight but looking to get ripped. this is my plan for my cycle

AT 6" 1' 195 lbs i beleive u need to eat more and fix ur diet before thinking about roids

This cycle is utter nonsense, it doesn't work. Also it has no synergy with your goal. Steroids don't get you "ripped", a greT diet and hard work does that.
Six months of training is not a base to start from. Why is having a base important? You need to reach your physical potential before you start aas, or you have the potential of stunting your gains.
Also, a low test (500 or below) cycle is the only way to go for your first several cycles. Deca is an advanced compound and you should have quite a bit of experience and know what to take with it before you even think about it. It shuts you down very hard. You're PCT is not proper either. Do some research.
Regardless, put some more time in the gym, and start eating big to get big. You'll be shocked what you'll achieve with a serious diet.
Thanks for all the advice. ive been going to the gym off and on since I was 17 or so and im 27 now but never been as committed doing 2 a days and staying on a good workout regiment. But this is def why I posted this is to get advice im not looking to do something ill later regret or do something half ass. so my new plan is to keep on building a good base and revisit doing some test later on. thanks again
First you haven't been training long enough to be ready for juice, build up a base first. I'm 5'11 and I was 245 before I did test. Second it is general consensus here to run test only your first few cycles, certainly not deca. You need to research ai's and pct. clomid alone isn't pct. check the forums out for training and diet info. Hit gym hard for a few years, don't mess yourself up
That's whats up so stay at it for a solid two years or so, then if I decide to gear up just run test? also when im ready will it matter if its test e or test c?
Exactly keep training u can still grow quite a bit just on nutrition and training. U been only training for a short time people who take aas are folks that have peaked their levels then want to transition in ur case u still have a lot to go. Don't take it the wrong way man but just peak out natty them come back we only say this because regardless if u decide to or not ur body will not keep the gains because u don't have much of a base yet with the time u been training ..... doomzzGood advice. reach or max ur natty potential and then think abt roids. but even before jumping on roids, diet is the key factor... it will get u no where if using piles of roids if ur diet sucks...
