STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Stats: 6'1, 185lbs, ~13%bf (cycled keto diet), 29 yrs old
History: Lifting 3-4 times a week for a few years. Had to take a break this winter (work-related), started back up with focus shifted from powerlifting to oly/technical lifts
Goals/Plan: Jump-start new and lagging lifts, put on mass. Cycle starting Aug 1, ideally
Workouts: Push/Pull, follow a 2-on, 1-off cycle (early afternoon); arms, alternate days (late evening), so the overlaps cycle every 6 weeks. xfit on "rest" afternoons to develop endurance for oly work
Other Supplements: HGH Peps (Mod GRF (1-29) and Ipamorelin, 100mcg 2x daily)

run the clomid aleast another week, two weeks after your last shot run your pct of nova and clomid for 4 weeks, 5 weeks of nova you dont need. 4 weeks on a pct is all you need bro

yeah bro up the test dose to 500mgs. eg 250mgs on Mon & Thurs.
If you concerned about gyno have aridmidex on hand. best of look, you gotta eat big to get big Smile

thanks... tbh the "diet" part is speculative... having cholesterol checked with my pre-cycle blood work, if the keto is elevating it too much will have to go back to something more normal. but either way, for sure going to bump the kcal to ~3200 when things get going
