AnonFor starters everything looks fine except you don't seem to have an understanding on what PCT is. It should be started 2 weeks after your last injection and should consist of Clomid at 100/100/50/50 and Nolva at 40/40/20/20.

In defense of myself and others we've just given AI and PCT guidance but you're totally right. If someone has time to post a question they have time to post some damn stats! I don't want to inspire some 12 year old to do a cycle of ADEX/Clomid & Nolva.
Its all learning curve bro. No worries. It's just easiest if the logs or forums follow a general platform.

Test E dosage it's fine, Adex start it at week 3 (if needed) start your Standard PCT (Listed below) 2 weeks after last Test E injection. Hope this helps and DO NOT forget to increase your protein intake at 2-3 grams of protein per pound of body weight, also increase your Calories intake to at least 4000Calories/Day. Be safe and happy grow.
Cycle needs some fine tuning. What are your stats? Adex should start week 3 if necessary(.25 eod). Your PCT should start on week 15 (clomid 100/100/50/50, Nolvadex 40/40/20/20)
You might wanna include Clomid in your PCT for faster recovery and healthy testis. Standard PCT is usually Clomid 100/100/50/50 and Nolva 40/40/20/20. And you should put your status so we can help you a bit better bro.
stats bro? PCT isnt right and adex wouldnt need to be started til week 3
keep adex for if needed. many users find they don't need it on a 500mg ew test run.
