STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
1st cycle, good base, diet is clean.
Had to change my diet at the end of week 4 because I seemed to be stuck on a plateau and my waist was increasing slightly in girth. I changed from a high fat moderately low carb diet to moderate carbs and low fat with slightly increased protein. Ever since I adjusted my macros, I'm seeing more lines and my waist is finally shrinking. We will see how the rest of the cycle goes. The photo is before cycle and halfway through. Will update with a 10 week picture at the end.

Why T3 indefinitely? Do you have a thyroid condition? All you are doing with that dosage is replacing what your body would be producing normally which can lead to some serious life-long health complications.
Yes Good point, indefinite t3 supplementation is a bad idea for someone with a healthy thyroid. I am hypothyroid l. I already take t4 as prescribed by my doctor; however based on the blood levels of tsh and continuation of symptoms I am trying this low dose t3 alongside my t4 and I like the results. My doctor is very passive when it comes to treating low thyroid. I've done my research on the subject and understand the implications. I'm definitely keeping an eye out for any negative sides.
Good to know. Just didn't want other people reading this log thinking it is a good idea if you have a healthy thyroid.
True! I'll add it to that paragraph up there! Glad you brought it up!
X2..... Can't stress that enough I've seen it happen to a buddy. It's ugly just saying.
I understand, read my reply to Makwa. trust me, I wouldn't take something like that without careful consideration and research. Yall have a good point though.
