Description, concerns and expectations

Starting my cycle of winstrol 50mg tabs. I am currently 19%bf and expect to get to 9% for a comp here in Korea. I am female, 5'5 and weigh 140lbs. I plan to run 25mg and up the dose to 50mg after a week. (I have run this dose before) with great results. Training consists of 6 days strength/weights usually my split looks like this.. Back and bicep, Shoulder and tricep, Legs, then Chest with some abs thrown in there. I will start my cardio 5 days a week, steady state 20 mins or maybe some sprints here and there to switch things up.

My diet will be around 1900 calories

148g protein, 220 carbs, 52 fat

50mg everyday seems like a lot, but you know your body better than I do. Have you considered taking finasteride, because winstrol is a DHT derivative and it can cause hairloss.

Looking great!! 4 kids??!! Wow. Keep it up! Winstrol in my opinion is a great compound for females. I say this because I had a gf that I used to train with and I saw the effects of her taking a short Winny cycle. She loved it! She only took about 10 tp 15 MG's daily and got great gains. I liked it a lot except it awakened old joint injurys that have healed but flare up now and then.DECA put a stop to that though...anyway. Keep it up and God Bless!

10 TO 13% for a female is consider a very lean physic. She is not that far from these numbers

Personally i do not recommend running the same compound which you have used in your previous cycle because your body becomes tolerate to the compound and its effect is minimize...this called receptor saturation theory. However only oral cycles frequently are not recommended because they have serious impact on the liver etc...with that being said..I am not the "expert" for females cycles but If I were You I would have gone with injectable this time.
I thing training 6 times a week is way too much and your not lettting to your body enough time for recovery purposes. 5 times a week is the ideal style of training especially if your goal is to build mass. The most important part of the body for women and very attractive especially on stage is their abs....abs,back and legs the bodyparts that judjes give the most emphasis on stage. A female with very good abs and shredded core "at least for me"stands from the others. My point is that you should emphasis more on your mid core and train abs 15-20 min each workout. Back is a big muscle and you should train back alone.....same goes with biceps. Do cardio every day and focus on squats. As you said your felling soft.....is because your not pushing your neuric system. It is proven that by pushing your neuric sytem your hardness is increased.Try rest less between sets.

Yea you are correct when it comes to repeating the same cycle and that orals are hard on the liver. I plan to add hgh to my cycle to help with my progress. As for the liver, I don't drink, I pound down 1 1/2 gallons water daily, and I take Milk Thistle to counteract the effects. I appreciate your advice. I have always heard back should be trained alone, but I usually just add more sets on back day. As far as my training, I know my body. I have been training long enough to know what works for me. I do not have to killl myself with cardio, I lean out really fast and will lose muscle if I do cardio every day. Just by changing up my diet alone I get shredded, I can even have more carbs than most folks and still be fine. I have been trained by some top industry folks and I feel confident in what I am doing. I have included some ab pics for your feedback. Keep in mind I have had 4 kids. I was feeling soft because I gave my body a break from anabolics, hard core dieting, and training. Also, I moved across country and I wanted to be able to enjoy all the new food lol...Korean food is amazing. I do not pretend to know everything, but like I said, I do know my body, what it needs and how to listen to it.

You look great! As you stated the orals are liver toxic and that's deff a organ you wanna be careful with, if I were you I'd get bloodwork done after this cycle to see you where your enzymes are at and maybe take a break from the orals after this, and try a less liver toxic female safe steroid? I'd also take some type of liver support, but good luck on reaching your goals!
