+ 6 EQ/TEST E Cycle for the Grrl

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
I'm currently sitting at 18% bf ...
weight is 195 ish give or take a few lbs from day to day
what I am really looking for here is to recomp and a whole lotta strength
at least 10 to 15 % on each major lift if not more
I've got a great foundation going and haven't had a major cycle in about two years.
concerns: I m not sure I want to run test for the duration of the cycle since it is EQ I want to go at least 16 weeks so I may drop the test at week 10
I ll upload pics over the next few days
this is the first of two cycles I ll be running over the next year which will take me back into my meet season

What does your training layout look like for deads and bench in particular?
Keep in mind I m doing 6 week cycles so percentages go up I deload and then start over again week one .. I m pretty sure this is week 3

Squat day I also do a light pull usually single leg RDLS in the warm up and a set of 4x12 RDLs as an accessory movement

jayiskdo you set up on bench with a high arch and on toes, or feet flat and moderate arch?
my arch is not considered high ...I m on my toes I prefer it that way and the fed I lift in doesn't require flat feet

You have a solid cycle. I love EQ. I took a 2 year break and ran this cycle for my first cycle when I got back on. My test was a little higher, but not much. Ran 250 test e and 400 Eq. Saw some solid grains.
Thank you top .. I've run sust at 250 with test prop added at 50mg ... I m not sure I want to run test that high though. It's been several years since I have done a proper cycle injectible cycle I will adjust up or down based on how I am feeling and the sides ..
Your first run in 2 years, you should see some great results. I think you should trust your gut and keep it low and only if you are not seeing the results, and everything else is tuned in, bump it. No one knows your body better than you, so I know you will make the decision that's best for your goals. I'm a minimalist. I like to keep it at the lowest effective dose and run a little longer. I like the slow constant gains, and it seems like that is what you are going for. Lol I saw your invisible pictures, So I will be looking forward to an update pic closer to the end.
lol well I could post some older ones but I've slimmed down so much that it wouldn't be a fair representation ;-)
I too am a minimalist in my approach and don't do throw the kitchen sink at it and hope something good happens.

I’m coming to the conclusion Sust needs to be administered 3x a week for me. Maybe you’re better off with the enth.
PcushionIf you pin sust eod or even better ed it’s a great ride. I won’t use it unless I plan on pinning ed.
Lesson learned. I incorporated prop to transition to test e two weeks ago because I couldn’t take the pip. I only use for sites, my delts and quads. Hopefully it’s a smooth transition.
PcushionShould be smooth. Just make sure to run the prop long enough to cover the overlap. Then drop once test e blood levels are stable. Prop is also extreme valuable used as a taper from long esters to PCT. It’s less shocking to the body, allows us to keep more on cycle gain and.... allows pct to be started in 10-12 post injection with zero conflict of long esters present suppressing the HPG feedback loop. I developed a pretty awesome protocol. I will include the link. If your interested give it a look if not just disregard it.

why don;t you hit ventro glutes? its a great spot to pin
For whatever reason i start shaking to the point I can’t keep the syringe steady. Just hit the quad this morning. So smooth, I just place the pin on the skin and it falls right in without applying any pressure. I never learned effectively how to pin glutes
interesting ... but if quads work for ya .. more power to you!
I pin sust e3d day ... and I always add test prop to it .... or test phynlyprop .. I was not a big fan of the enth though but that was a long time ago ... so another try it is... who knows maybe I need to pin it more frequently too
