STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
Hey everyone I am looking for some info on a cycle, this would be my 4th cycle and its been about a year since ive been on. I have been cruising on test cyp 250mg a week I slipped a disk in my back and im out of shape im going to try to cut up some using mast test prop and tren ace possibly some clen diet and cardio will be on point this cycle and im looking to throw in some var or winny. im on trt already so im not worried about my shit not working i just need some good solid gains. please critique the somewhat basic data i am new to the forum so I wasnt sure how to imput everything. If anyone could advise me on a solid cycle id appreciate it.

Listen to rusty bro your proposed stack is a precontest run .. His advice for a simple test var provi much better idea
The thing about var though is making sure you get real var. Very few sources you can really count on when it comes to certain things.

Theres link in the forums where a few labs on here had there var tested recently and they came out good if someone can post the link here that would be great. I remember a couple of them but i cant tell you that info on here..ha never mind rusty on his game
RustyhookerAs far as I know you can post the link to the testing lab from Switzerland. We can't post up brands or labs of gear as it looks like a shill. But the testing place is outside eroids and posts independent results.

Yeah I've started cutting carbs back and added in 2 more meals cardio is 40 minutes 3 days a week and 20 minutes on leg days. So more reps and moderate weight? Yes leg day is really tough and my back gets tight then I start to loose form and I have to stop. I'm on trt because at a young age I took some Decca and test with no pct and it was 2 years later when I was 300lbs I had blood work done and my doctor tried hcg didn't kick start them then some test cream and finally injections. What would you recommend I get cyp, arim, and hcg prescribed so I'd like to get back in the game
RustyhookerBiggest worry is your back. Hate to say try a simple cycle til you're better healed. Simple test with anavar last 6 weeks. Provi to keep you in check. Higher bf raises estro and raises SBH. Keep those in control and you're in the positive. Anavar is highly anabolic, for clean meals and muscle sparing. Good var just 50 mg split am/pm should be fine.
Cutting is a chore. For me, I hit split workouts. It adds time in gym but I dropped fat nicely. 1 hour treadmill am...1 hour after final meal of the day. Burns off any excesses.
Can you keep pressure off your back? Is it healing? Wondered if you switch out the squats for leg presses and extensions.
rocketballzThis is good advice ^^. Var is a great cutting agent and will definitely help with stubborn belly fat. Try and get that bf in check tho. 20's is too high to really see the effects of Anavar. Good luck and keep us posted

Could you list the baseline of what weekly and what type of test? Yeah my doc always watches those my levels stay at about 1000 estro at 12. I'll keep that in mind I just work around my school schedule and yes I can do lunges with light weight and leg extensions hamstring curls and hack squats if I squat I have to keep the weight at 135 and I can manage 4 sets with that weight before it starts to get tight. I'd really like to make some gains and get my strength back it messing with my head. Should I try a tren e and test cyp with var? I have no gear as of yet so I'm trying to get different opinions and advice to make a clean come back.
RustyhookerI wouldn't mess with tren after injury. Your opening Pandora box. The strength will shoot up fast and raise risk of not only your back but body in general. Ligaments grow slower. 500 cyp 1-12. Provi 50 mg week 4-14. Var 8-14. Trt doses following last test pin.
Nothing wrong with medium weights. It's fatigue that builds em up. Listen closely to body! Check bp daily as it can raise.
dontgivemeadviceX2. Save the tren for later. Idk if your the same way but when I'm on tren. I think I can do double the weight I actually can. On tren I finally hit my PR of 1000 lbs on the leg press. Started at 600. Then by 8 weeks later I was repping 1000 lbs 6-8 times. For a few sets. Yes my strength went up but with that my ego did too. I started to push the bar. Not smart to do with an injury. Luckily I've never had one. Prob because I do about a 20 minutes warm up with deep stretches and foam roller but there is always a chance. I know AAS will help heal muscles a lot quicker as well as hgh. I would take rusty advice. Just kind of do a beginner cycle to get everything back to normal and get those injury to heal up. Take the extra money and buy some hgh.

dontgivemeadviceI'm not quite sure. I know godtropin has wrote out some info about it. I barely come into the forums. I'm always on the source pages for some reason. Hgh has aided in everything for me. I feel better. I heal quicker. Everything grows very well. I sleep like a baby. Which with tren you get no sleep. On hgh I was still only getting about 6-7 hours of good rest. The whole overall aspect of hgh I love. You never have to come off. It improves nearly everything as far as looks and bloods. If I could afford it I would run it year round for the rest of my life. I've only been able to afford 6 months here and there with It. It's def expensive but for overall health I fell it's def worth the cash.

RustyhookerIf you're leaned out you could try test/eq. 600/600 is a nice starter. Eq 16 weeks and test 18. I like prop first 4 weeks. Tbol last 6 weeks at 50 mg. Hcg incase you shrink in nads department.
If you're still carrying body fat you can repeat cycle we chatted about. It is very anabolic so muscles will grow. Cutting or bulking is primarily foods.

RustyhookerFolks get mesmerized by fancy labels and complex cycles. Been there too! If you grow on the simple...stick with it! Men are made of testosterone. Add in grueling hours in the gym and you will always grow. My best cycles were under 600 total mg per week.
True it can go to your head quick and I agree nothing like hard work and sore muscles. The simple cycles will help me get back on track and not hurt myself better safe than sorry right now. Where can I do some digging on the var and provi my supplier only has var and I don't feel like placing a ton of separate orders.
