Cutting up for Halloween. Then bulk mode engaged

Hoping to cut down to roughly 9% BF in the next 5 weeks with Keto diet + Clen.
After Halloween I engage bulk mode and finish this blast with some serious gains.

  1. Got put on TRT 6 months ago with 2 prior cycles AAS usage (test only). I believe it was the methly-test pro-hormone days when I was young that ruined me. Never felt the same after..

Recently had an in-depth heart screening, doc says my heart is very strong. So we're okay there.
BP is slightly high, 140/72. This is to be expected as I take Adderall XR prescription.

Yeah not gonna lie, its nice blast/cruising. I only take aromasin to keep bloat off. Last cycle I ran was 750mg test e and never had any gyno signs, just bloat.
I feel that too much estrogen also lowers my sex drive so I take it low dosage to keep things ideal.

How long should I blast for? I'm planning for 20 weeks right now. And I'm currently 4 weeks in. I begin clen in 5 days.

12-16 is bout normal. Just keep the bp monitored. Low salt...gallon of water/day. You know the common sence stuff. Vike has a great cutter food advice in food section. No carbs after two pm. Ive cut a ton using it Smile

Have you ever used clen?

I'm on the ropes about keto diet as I wont be taking in more than 75g carbs a day and that equals hard workouts and no muscle gains. I guess I could carb cycle, or just keep my protein 50%, fats & carbs 25%? Any suggestions?

I'd like to drop from 215lb to 198lbs or so. 11lbs of fat and 6lbs of water ideally.

I've used clen. Start really low. The last brand hit hard at just 25micro. Keto cycle has been around for quite some time. Im keeping protein up to 2-2.5grams/lb body weight. Chicken, fish, veggies. Im down about 8%bf and up over 20 solid. The food is bland but the carb manipulating works great. Energy got low on just fish/chicken so added lean red meat....boom! Feeling great. Yes...cheats will happen so if you do the punishment is simply 45 on stationary bike. Lol! Doing the bike or treadmill after weights kicks hard. The bonus of hitting it like that is muscles burn only carbs for weights.....so after your carbs are depleated the body has to burn fat. You shouldn't be breathless on bike. Able to talk easily is a good tattletale. And by keeping proteins high...you avoid catabolism. SuperDbag has a cool article as well on manipulating carbs. The hard part is keeping up the many lil meals. At work i sip my whey constantly. Lil chicken n veggies every break time. Sorry to ramble...

Age? Cycles? Careful with clen....ruins heart valves. High bp etc. Clean eating and cardio is plenty enough to cut by Halloween.
