Well if i eat about 4400 kcal with 6 times waights a week and 40 min a Day cardio the my waight stands still without aas.
Have to say i eat clean 40-40-20 ish and do cardio fastet in the mornings. With amino.
My Bf is ca 11 atm

Im at about 3950 atm. And with aas thats fine for me to cut a bit more Down with.

Its kicking some seriusly ass right now. Im dry and i still eat about 4000 kcal. And the fat% is dropping while my waight is staying at 110.
