Cutting cycle advice

ad
STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Hi all,

I am thinking about running this cycle and I'd love to hear your feedback. This will be a 12 weeks cycle followed by a 4 week PCT. This will be my 5th cycle and I have been lifting for 7 years.

My goals of this cycle is to get lean as possible, increase strength and performance.

Current stats
Age: 35
Weight: 210lbs
Height: 6'3"
BF: ~18.5% (was measured 2 weeks ago)
Diet is: 2400 Calories: 210g protein, 67g fat, 240g carbs
.

I think I have included everything that I can think of here.

Thanks in advance!

Side note: Last cycle was in March 2017 and I was on: Test P, Tren A, Winny.

I did have all the sides effects from Tren but the worst two were the Aggression & Anxiety which led to serious depression; that why I think Tren is not for me.

PS: All feedback is welcomed; I am here to learn...

PRE CYCLE PIC:

Appreciate you putting it up.
Something is going very wrong with either your diet, your cycling, your pct, your training, or a little of all of the above. 7 years of training and four cycles should have you at a lean 240 for your height.
What’s your diet like? I would not cycle in your current condition.

Haha.. I am gonna be honest with you man because I know I am doing something(s) wrong and I want to learn from you guys.... It was a little bit of all the above.

Diet: I start with a plan and then I see myself fall off the tracks after few months.
Cycling: maybe not choosing the right stacks.
Training: Following the plan for way too long.

Current Diet plan: 2400 Calories: 210g protein, 67g fat, 240g carbs.

I would at least double those fats, get them from the right sources and they’ll actually help you drop bf. Fish, nuts, avocado.
I’d up that protein as well, carbs look good if they’re all coming from whole food sources and nothing processed.
Diet is 80-90% of your results. You can blast a gram of tren but if you’re inconsistent with your diet, not eating often enough, or not eating the right food sources you won’t see progress.
So what’s got you falling off the tracks? These drugs are no joke. The side effects will come if you get the results or not so it really isn’t worth it to use them without everything else dialed in.

So what’s got you falling off the tracks?

It was drinking and travelling for work. So I stopped drinking and I've been sober for 4 months straight.
As far as travelling, that has been cut in half and I do not have to travel much as I used to.

Now, for the diet. I dropped 5lbs in one month by following my macro nutrients so religiously for the first time in my life just to challenge myself and it did work. It ranged from 2000 calories and I ended with 2400 calories just experimenting.

Now, I need to pump that up to 2800-3000 Cals and tweak it as I go. Maybe follow a 40/40/20 (%protein/%carbs/%fats) ratio before using any gear.

I'd like to get back to the 220lbs range first and go from there.

YES!
Those cals do need to come up. You’ve got a big frame, a guy of your height needs to eat like a man not a bird. Start at 3k cals and those ratios look good.

Glad you’re leaving the bottle alone. Alcohol (one or two drinks every two weeks) will not sabotage you but any more and you’re pissing in the wind. It fucks with your testosterone, grinds protein synthesis to a halt, and stores fat every time. I’m looking forward to seeing your progress if you continue to take this seriously. Taller guys have to work more for that mass but at the end of the day the overall package can be much more impressive as well.
Wishing you the best of luck, let me know if I can help.
