Description, concerns and expectations

Hi all,

I am thinking about running this cycle and I'd love to hear your feedback. This will be a 12 weeks cycle followed by a 4 week PCT. This will be my 5th cycle and I have been lifting for 7 years.

My goals of this cycle is to get lean as possible, increase strength and performance.

Current stats
Age: 35
Weight: 210lbs
Height: 6'3"
BF: ~18.5% (was measured 2 weeks ago)
Diet is: 2400 Calories: 210g protein, 67g fat, 240g carbs
.

I think I have included everything that I can think of here.

Side note: Last cycle was in March 2017 and I was on: Test P, Tren A, Winny.

I did have all the sides effects from Tren but the worst two were the Aggression & Anxiety which led to serious depression; that why I think Tren is not for me.

Might get some flack for this but i think if you have it, go with the Test E as noted, T3, Clen, and if u have it Anavar for about 3 weeks. An hour of weights, 30 mins of cardio, and a true clean diet, u'll get lean AF. Just be careful starting out with the t3 and Clen to assess your tolerance....

Really glad to see that you are open minded and have taken the advice given! It truly is the best thing you could do at this point. I wish you the best of luck! Keep us posted on how it's going and when you get to the point where it's time to jump on a cycle. We will be here waiting. Good luck!

The advice makes a lot sense and all the feedback has been on point. I was not convinced about this cycle and I just wanted to run it by you guys to see what were your thoughts.

I have been reading a lot of feedback on eroids and the feedback is always from more experienced users and it's to help whoever is asking for help.

Every now and then, you'll use stubborn newbie that they think that they know it all and will argue about stupid shit but that's not me. I know what I know and I don't speak when I don't know. :)

Listening, learning, and taking in constructive criticism is key to learning something new like bodybuilding. Trust me when I say that because I came in to this in much worse shape than you are and I listen to people with real experience and took their advice. New guys coming here only listening to the advice that fits what they want to do does not help them. You cannot watch a couple episodes of cops and become a lawyer.

On quite a few different subjects in this industry I learned the hard way, plenty of other guys on here have also learned the hard way. Which is why we’re here to help people like you. And of course when it comes down to more serious subjects, I ask questions because I don’t know everything... so I learn from people with more experience of myself.

Did you buy the primo yet?
If not, I’d save my money because you don’t need it. It’s fakes most of the time anyways as eq. It’s a headache trying to find real primo and you have to take a substantial amount, so it gets expensive. Keep everything simple.

My goal is to get cut but stay around the same weight which is around the range of 210-220lbs which won't happen unless I put on more muscle base first. Do you agree?

Can’t run winny that long and it’s not a kick starter, it’s a finisher. Would like to know your bf% now because your weight is very small for your size already... how much can you possibly loss?
